Hello,
I really like this theme and have been using it since 2019. However, after updating to WordPress version 6.7.1, WPBakery Page Builder has stopped displaying.
The title input field is visible, but the content editor does not appear, making it impossible to edit previous posts or create new ones.
For reference, I have been using WPBakery Page Builder for free without updating it, keeping it as it was in the initial package.
Would purchasing a product license for WPBakery Page Builder allow the content editor to display again? Or is there another way to resolve this issue?
Currently, my support for the Fleur theme has expired. If renewing support is necessary to resolve this problem, I am willing to do so.
I am unable to update my website at all, which is causing significant trouble. Please let me know how to fix this issue.

Good evening, I purchased the Fleur theme a few days ago, I have version 1.0 installed on the WordPress site, I have read the documentation but I have not found (perhaps my fault) the instructions to update the theme. A) I don’t want to make mistakes is there a way to update without reconfiguring so that the pages and portfolios remain the same on the frontend side? Could I have instructions on how to update the theme without causing damage or having to do any reconfigurations?
Second request that you know is it possible to create portfolios that collect categories of woocommerce products, especially with the new Wcbakery is it possible?

a) To update theme and bundled plugins please follow instructions from this article – How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins.
As noted in the article, we usually recommend creating a backup version of your website before updating the theme, in the event something unexpected occurs during the update process. You can find more info on how to create a backup here.
After you update the theme all of the bundled plugins with available updates should be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins.
b) Portfolio posts and products are two different post types. Unfortunately, portfolio lists cannot display products or product taxonomies like categories. You can try adding banners and link them to product categories.

Hi, I solved by recovering the backup and the problem was solved. The rest of the platform (WP and plugins) is up to date, as well as the PHP version of the server which is at 8. For me it’s not a problem now, but I tell you for information that the side area doesn’t show with the latest version of the theme. Thank you

My website www.giacorri.it has a responsive template (Agility) which is no longer supported and for this reason it does not allow me to update the plugins because otherwise it crashes. In addition, I had installed an Uber Mega menu (Envato – Codecanyon). I would like to ask if you think it would be possible to replace this template (with its menu) with your Fleur, without any major intervention on my part (considering that I am 83 years old). Each theme has it’s own unique options and features which are not interchangeable. We usually recommend installing theme and importing the demo on a clean installation. You can for sure import it over your existing content, however then we would recommend you to make a backup of your existing content as it might happen that it will get overwritten sometimes.
We haven’t tested the Fleur theme with Uber Mega menu so we cannot guarantee a 100% compatibility.

Thanks for your help. It didn’t work though. The changes took effect on the assigned shop page but were not inherited by all the other woo commerce pages e.g category, product, cart, checkout etc. I am unable to open a support ticket unfortunately as my support had expired before I had made use of the template

The archive pages (like category pages) will inherit options set in Mikado Options > Blog (please see screenshot). Please note that pages like cart and checkout have templates which don’t include sidebar, so, to add sidebar to these pages, it would be necessary to edit our theme files.

Hi guys. SCSS files seemed not to be compiled. If I change stuff under Mikado Options for font and font color this is not reflected. Only standard colors stay. Using Chrome Developer Mode https://www.domain.com/wp-content/themes/fleur/assets/css/scss\_global.scss is not compiled an has $variables in it.
Additional: The SCSS file is loaded (also if I’m not logged in by using incognito mode) and not a compiled css.
