I bought this theme but I cannot seem to get all the demo content uploaded and webpage looking exactly how you marketed the theme. Can you help with that?

You can simply install the demo specific theme zip file to have all settings as per that demo and then you will need to add products, pages, collections, menu and assign those in settings as per your website need. Pre-Purchase Questions btw theme looks amazing!

1) Can you enable AJAX to scroll back to the top when user selects filter option currently the customer has to scroll back up if filter list is long?

2) On The cart slideout you have 3 buttons (Note | Shipping | Gift ) – can we enable Discount?

3) Is it possible to include tag for PRE-ORDER – you include on catgory page card label for (NEW | SALE | SOLD OUT) but not pre-order can you include this in update?

4) On cart slideout at the top when you add more than 1 product the title still says 4 product, 5 product, can you change this dynamically to 4 product’s, 5 product’s.

5) On category page you have 2 column, 3 and 4 can you add (5 Column) option

6) just a heads up on mobile demos, the menu at bottom search button is broken on all demos it not open search this needs to be fixed :)

7) Is it possible to include some more blog templates and is it possible to include products linked in a blog post so we can tag / link a product in the blog post?

6 still doesn’t work on your demo or our site. the search box when clicking the link in the mobile bottom menu on mobile it does not open the search

In our demo site, we have checked search feature from bottom fixed section in mobile and it is working fine. Can you please create a support ticket and provide more details in case if it is not working for you, so our support team can check it and guide you as needed.

Hi,

I’m using the Grocery Store theme and I can’t see the top bar above the header, I mean is visible on the left sidebar controls area (in the composer) but doesn’t show on the page in the editor/composer. I want to enable it and it seems is there (I can see the content of the template one the default one).

Nothing is hidden but even on your demo is not visible there only on other “themes” but not on the “Grocery” one and I need that top bar visible so I can use the language select and other stuff there. How can we enable it?

This theme only supports the shopify product reviews app however the shopify reviews app is no longer available to install! I contacted Shopify and they notified me that the app has been taken down and its only available to customers who already had it installed meaning since I didn’t already have it, its no longer available for me to download. So can you give recommendation of which app this theme supports please because its no longer possible to install Shopify’s app review app.

Hello, I would like to add Loox reviews to my collection list and product pages. However, when I check the “show product ratings” option in the collection list, I see that it only works with the “product reviews by Shopify” app. Unfortunately, this app is no longer available for download. What can I do to make it work with Loox?

I want to change related products at the bottom on product page on mobile to carousel. Is that possible?

Edit: One more question, I wanted to show small wishlist icon next to product name in categories page will that also be possible?

Wishlist icon is visible in product card as per the style selected, you may need to customise the code to make it visible next to product title.

In the cart how do we change the button to be ‘proceed to checkout’ not ‘process to checkout’ (as thats not correct English). Thanks.

I found this in the language file under sections – perhaps should be under cart.

We believe you are referring to the product popup from left-bottom. If yes then it is a section in general setting and there you have the configuration to add multiple products and theme will display any one random product from those added products.
