However, it’s compatible with IE8, but there a problem with 3 plugins: Fullcalendar, sparkline charts, easy pie charts.
Fullcalendar easy to fix, you need to use custom way to load an Ajax events.
Easy pie charts change animate param to 100, and this will fix long load of charts.
Sparkline charts still dont understend why dont work, but in 1.3 will fix it.

Drag Drop – question? No, there no drag and drop for widgets. Doesnt think that is a problem to use jQueryUi draggablle for this.
Sending JSON/Back to server: No, it is not provided.
CHARTS, THEMES, RTL RIGHT TO LEFT: you can use your own another charts. In Virgo template you can see only free for use charts. As example, originally used highcharts, and Virgo absolutly compatible with is.
JqueryUI or other plugins: Yes, you can use your jQuery plugins.
Now am working on new themes for Virgo Template. There will be at least five new themes. New release will be on 02.01.13(i hope).

It’s not hard to see, you’re not following the Bootstrap markup. Look at your first class “header”. In Bootstrap, the class name is “navbar navbar-fixed-top”. I believe you should name your classes accordingly. There is a lot of Bootstrap markup missing.
Do not misunderstand me. I am a developer and I know front end too. However, some projects I do are based on Bootstrap and classes are named to standard. If I need a template, I can’t use your template. I need to change the whole design (markup) and/or rename classes. It should not be that way. It should be transparent. Most of your markup has nothing to do with Bootstrap. If I remove your css, the design will be destroyed. A true Bootstrap compatible template will leave the basic Bootstrap design intact and not messed up. Don’t you agree? If not, you may also believe that removing jQuery from Javascript will mess up Javascript?
I do not need to buy a template to find out if a template is really Bootstrap compatible. Even us developer uses browser tools like Firebug, Chrome’s console et cetera.

Very nice I think one of the best admin template on themeforest.
By the way it would be good to add dropdown submenus in the left navigation. It would add a third level of depth for whom having an important back office.
