Hi There, A lot of examples have been removed from the Porto Studio? Now there are only 61 examples ti choose from? I can’t see the headers or footers any more. Has this changed from previous versions, or am I missing something? Thanks for you reply

As before, Porto has lots of studio blocks. But there are very untidy, not correct importing with many custom css.
So it was rather uncomfortable and difficult to customize. To prevent this, the dev team decided to update all studio blocks, In 6.10.0, we released new studio blocks.
Firstly, we added basic elements(heading or heading effect, countdown, button, container, a few banners, and the other shortcodes) and template builder layout(shop, single product, single layout … )
And we are going to add studio blocks in an upcoming version.
We have 61 shortcodes and elements in the studio which you can import on pages/posts.
We have 14+ studio single product templates which you can import to Single Product Builder under Porto >> Template Builder.
We have 40+ styles of the product in studio which you can import only in type builder under Porto >> Template Builder.
We do not have the exact date and timeframe but we are making the remaining studio blocks continuously and will add in the theme from time to time.

Hi I just installed your theme with WPbakey. When creating a new page and the saving it I visit the page and everything is normal. When adding a text or any other thing to the page the header and footer dissapear… How to fix this?

Email Sending and Receiving is not our theme functionality, It is directly linked with the WooCommerce and your server, so our theme does not have any influence on it.

As you can see we have applied the Custom CSS and JS classes to that top section which prevents it from showing at the backend, so in order to show it to the backend as well, you can simply remove that class as temporary: https://postimg.cc/bdJKYn76 and it will show at the backend as well: https://postimg.cc/bGgBpY3c then you can delete it.

Been a minute since i asked a question but your documentation videos about the template builder have me confused.
I am trying to create a custom header and menu using the template builder with WPBakery page builder. When I create a new header in the builder WPBakery is not active on the page. You cannot use the page builder.
The documentation video on the builder shows the user creating a footer and adding a pre-made template.
Can you use a page builder to create custom block in template builder?

Thank you sir. Just what i needed to know. Can I make a suggestion? Add the menu options from customize to the template builder under a menu block. That way you can use the page builder to create the rows and columns and drop and drag the menu options into place. Just a thought.

Sorry for the inconvenience, It is showing only a couple of WooCommerce templates as outdated because WooCommerce released its update and that is why a couple templates of the theme are outdated, Our development department is working on the theme update and soon hopefully within a couple of days you will find an updated version of the theme with solved this outdated template issue so until that please be patience.

Hey team I am having a issue with remove some items in the cart. I am using a plugin and this is what they told me.
They use an ajax call called porto_cart_item_remove This doesn’t have any action or filter where we can hook and remove the child components. I suggest you to contact Porto theme developers and ask their if it’s possible to find a way to make both theme and plugin integrated.
