I downloaded the wonderful “Fiore” template. I just have one issue: when changing pages, it takes a bit of time (there’s like a blank period), and I’d like to know what’s causing it. If it weren’t for that, it would load quickly.

You have to fix the loading time between each link, what they suggest in their support does not work, it is not Elementor, it is not WP Rocket as you say, improve the loading time.

I really like the way you theme looks and have a pre-sale question: 1. Does the checkout contain delivery date and time field, as well as recipient’s name & contact? These are essential info for sending flowers. 2. Is there a way to limit shipping areas for certain products? For example, some product are only available at certain areas.

Thanks for your reply. Sorry – few more questions from my client: 1. I can’t see the Reviews section for Flowers single product and listings. Reviews and ratings are essential for my client. Are they available under theme options? 2. Am I correct assuming that colors, fonts, backgrounds etc are fully customizable? 3. Can you please advise on which plugin is good for limiting shipping areas for the products? I only know the Woocommerce Shipping and Payment, which is rather expensive for my client.

Hello, I downloaded the Fiore theme from my account in elements.envato. There is only Item License Code in the license file. There is no purchase code. When I want to open support, it still asks for a purchase code and I cannot open support by signing up to your support panel. Hi there, Envato Market and Envato Elements are different marketplaces. The products may seem to be the same but there are differences. You don’t have automatic updates and support on Envato Elements. You have to update the theme and plugins manually.
