Good morning, I don’t have a ‘Save’ button on the edit profile page and any adjustments made to the profile are lost when navigating away from the page. Any ideas on how to include a save button to the edit profile page like on the settings page? Thanks!
Good morning. You should add the Save button here: WordPress -> DateBook -> Forms -> open the Profile form for editing -> drag from the right sidebar the Save button into the form and drop it. Save the changes.

I checked Paystack on our side. I cannot say what exactly could be wrong on your site. Try to remove all additional options like “fee”, here: Wordpress -> DateBook -> Gateways -> open Paystack for editing -> unselect all additional options.

1) Non-registered users may not search and/or view profiles
2) Non-subscribed (not paid members) users may not search and/or view profiles and/or chat with other users

Good day Michaël. Did you install the custom fields? It is here: WordPress -> DateBook -> Theme Installer -> click on the button “3. Import” on Third step.
Also, you use an old version of the theme? Install the latest update 4.7.3
Hi Pagick, For custom fields, I’ve done this several times before, but nothing better has happened. I downgraded my Wordpress version to 6.2 in case of problems, but nothing changed. the error remains the same. Undefined array key “gender” in content-profile.php on line 174 I have the latest update of the theme but my WordPress is in french, may be it could impact the theme, I don’t know… Cheers.

Here is a solution. Go here and save the custom field: WordPress -> DateBook -> Custom fields -> open the field “Gender” -> enter all genders you want in the field “Field items”. Save.

Select the theme’s subscription page “Profile – Subscription”.
2) Yes, you can use the theme without WooCommerce. But in this case, you will be able to use only 2 payment gateways: PayPal Standard and Paystack.

If nothing helps, then delete fully all three pages and create them again: “Profile – Cart”, “Profile – Checkout”, “Profile – Subscription”.
After that, select all three pages here: WordPress -> DateBook -> Dashboard -> Pages.
2) Deactivate WooCommerce. The DateBook pages and WooCommerce pages are wrongly connected to each other. Do the step 1 above. Delete and create again all three pages.

Strange that you cannot login. I made big changes in the theme login functions. I could successfully login on your site before the changes and even after the changes.
You can display flags on countries list here: WordPress -> DateBook -> Dashboard -> Countries -> Show Countries on Homepage -> enable this option “Show Flags”.

How can we add in bulk all the rest cities that are missing?
There are aprox. only 150 Hungarian settlements in Datebook’s database, but in reality are 3181 that should have to available to choose for.
Obviously it cannot made manually and I’m searching a way to do it.

OK,thank you Pagick. I have an Excel sheet with a full list of cities of Hungary if it matters. (cities with their Region names together) Meanwhile I try to add them with Excel+Notepad++ according to the “datebook_countries” sql table. I hope it goes well.
However, maybe should be better getting the city names with Google Maps/Places API in the future to have a fully list for every country?!
I just looked into the import function that imports cities. It is so complicated. I do not know even how to explain it. If you create your own function to import cities, then you should know. The field “name” must in json format (encrypted as json).

Thank you for looking into it. Yepp, I see it’s not easy, but the cities have to be added, whatever the method is.
Also saw that the “name” field is in json format. Now I try to split it in excel, add every city and after that convert it again to sql file. Really time consuming, but much better than manually adding 3000 cities.
Yet did’nt found the right way. The cities are in the DB, but have issue to appear them. It seems that there is some issue with the name fields, however it’s the same as the working one.
Just a question: from where do you import the cities that already exist in Datebook?

Hello, I have a question. Is it not possible in the portal in the settings, more specifically, in the place “Who can see my profile”, to add the option of men or women? sorry but i still have poroblems for install your theme 
for example during install fake profiles, ilpossible to choose a Gender in the drop list
and impossible too to no select countries (as you say: If location is not selected, random countries will be assigned to random profile)
but the biggest problem, is that after install, i can visit website,(look not full installed) BUT impossible to back to admin dashboard, not possible to log as admin anymore.
I already said you this some week agao, but i just tried again, and the same issue
please, can you really help? (i know my support is ended, but i always helped you for find and fix bugs, and was never working)

1. Check here if all theme pages (especially the search page)have been selected: WordPress -> DateBook -> Dashboard -> Pages.
2. Check if the search page exists and have the template “DateBook template”.
3. Select the home page here: WordPress -> Settings -> Reading.
If nothing helps, then delete all theme pages fully.
After that, install all pages here:> WordPress -> DateBook -> Theme Installer -> First step -> click the button 1. Install.
After that, select all theme pages here: WordPress -> DateBook -> Dashboard -> Pages.
That’s it.

Now you have to connect on FTP to your hosting server and delete this plugin folder,: wp-content/plugins/datebook
After that, you will be able to login.
