Hi I was trying to edit my post above to post another question, but it timed out while I was editing I guess.
Is there anyway to make the social icons shortcode work in the footer_left or footer_right widget areas? I don’t want to use the other footer sections, but it would look really neat to have those icons right along that bottom footer/copyright area. I tested it out, but I get one line of code showing over top of the icons, so I assume there may be some limitation to having them there. Any ideas?

Please use widget instead of shortcode. This widget is folder plugins in the ZIP you’ve downloaded.
Insert that widget to footer left/right and send me the URL if it’s not working as it should…

Hi, sorry one more update for you! This does remove the text link issue, but a new problem occurs. If you have content in one footer widget (in my case a text copyright in footer_left) and you try to put the social icons in footer_right, it causes some formatting issues. The social icons widget appears centre-right, and has tons of padding above and below it. I took a look through the CSS styles, but I am not good enough with CSS to figure out what’s going on. I was guessing it might be some type of float/clear issue. Thanks.
May I see the URL with example of this issue in the footer?
The site is in maintenance mode, so I uploaded a screenshot. One update, I switched the 2 widgets around so that the copyright is on the right, and the social widget is on the left. That improved the formatting a bit. EG the social widget doesn’t move towards the middle. But you can see it still has a ton of padding above and below it:

The issue I was having with scrolling on the homepage in Chrome browsers was related to the sliding graph bars.
I’ve removed them from the page and it seems to be working fine again.

and as you have said you dont support localization but I would ask as a favor to tell me where in your theme I enable it. I have all of my wordpress working in korean as well as all my plugins, its just the theme that doesnt work. So things like the contact email page are in english…. I have basic editing knowledge, enough that I can track down the php file of contact and manually change the code, but since there was a .po file I thought I would try it that way.

Everything from the contact page should be in .po file. Of course, Brankic Panel -> Contact should be in your language…
although i would hate for it to be true after i translated the file, it looks to me like the strings are different than what is in the theme. For example, the brankic panel has a bunch of color options, yet the .po file doesnt have any of those color options for strings, it does however include weird objects like Concave, Cherry Blossoms, Fern… and other things I have not seen in the theme anywhere.
Also the contact page has strings like “Who will receive emails” which are not in the .po (actually almost none of those are in the po file),
And on the actual contact page the string says “Send us a message” but the only thing thats even close to that in the .po file is “Send us a mail”
What am I missing? Is the .po file for something that I dont know exists in bigbang theme?

how can I activate the .po files? I have the wp .po and .mo files active in my content folder and it is working as i added the ko-KR translation to the wp config file. I put my ko-KR.po/mo in the bigbang languages folder where i got the default english ones. What do I need to do?

First off thanks so much for the amazing theme, it’s been a breeze to use so far and it’s exactly what I was looking for after searching for weeks!
Two questions, on the home page underneath the slider in the section that lets you roll your mouse over different services (the default ones being branding, logo design, etc) I have added another row of four more, and I was wondering what’s the best way to change the icons? I have downloaded your free icon pack (it’s AMAZING by the way) so I’ve gotten that far, but not sure how to get them in there!
Lastly, how do I set up new[and change current] slider images and text within the sliders?
Oops one more, how do I change the background pattern? I want to make pattern 6 as the background pattern but I can’t find those options anywhere.

1) You have to add icons (png, jpg, gif) into folder bigbangwp/images/icons via FTP, or you hosting File manager. After that you’ll have new icons in Icon Box shortcode pop-up.
2) Each page has Extra Images section on the right hand side.

yes I have yet another question. I am looking at getting a freelancer to help me design a search bar that allows you to search for products but incorporates the portoflio view that you currently have.
I know you have a filter that you can use but i need to use it across to parameters (prize type and location). I have provided a mock up example that you can look at.
My question is I want to use the structure of the theme to do this as I love you theme. Can you advise the best way about doing this (eg I think using a custom field search on location)? How long do you think it would take?

Thanks for the amazing BigBang Theme! It has been great setting things up thus far, and I just had a few questions for you:
(1) In regards to the single item portfolio posts: I am wondering if it would be possible to switch sides for the image content and text/links/etc… so that the Slider would be in the first two-thirds column, and all of the buttons and text would be in the last third column? This way, as the content adapts for iPhone, the Image/Slider would show up at the TOP of the content (Instead of the bottom.)
2) Is it possible to change the transparency of the portfolio item hovers? (Instead of them being an Opaque color.)
3) I am using the Gravity Forms Plug-In to develop some advanced forms for my clients, and for some reason the button default color is all white text and background. Instead of the color of other buttons. Wondering if you have any idea on how I can fix this?

1) It’s not that hard, but it’s beyond our support. You have to switch 2 DIV elements in single-portfolio_item.php. The one with class=”one-third” and class=”two-third last”.
2nd one should have class last…
2) Add this to Extra CSS in Brankic Panel

Numbers 1, 2, 3 are RGB codes, and 4th number is opacity (0-1)

Thanks for the Help! (I think I can handle the Portfolio Page and Opacity items with a bit of trial and error.)
I am still having quite a bit of difficulty getting my buttons for the plug-ins (Gravity Forms and Cart66) to style properly and look as good as yours
Here is a page: http://splashfab.com/store/ that shows your very nice button, the gravity forms button showing up white instead of blue and the hideous Cart66 Button I am trying to adapt as well.
The only way I have been able to correct the Gravity Forms button is by inserting this code I grabbed off of GF’s website into the theme functions:

Works okay, but I am hoping you might have a better/safer way that might adapt for unique button text for each form.
In terms of Cart66, I feel I am getting fairly close by adding the below code to the very handy Brankic Panel, but I feel like there might be a more efficient way to just ‘call-out’ your pre-defined button styles. And more importantly, my attempt at this Cart66 button seems to adapt incorrectly for the smaller display size and just turns into a small round button (instead of staying square.)
Any Ideas?

I am having an issue in the “archive section” and “category section”. The posts that have any number of extra images show more images that they should.
Posts are displaying not only their own extra image but also the extra images of previous published posts.
