Good morning, I wanted to know what the difference is between asking a question via the “ask to…” function and sending a private message to a user instead. I don’t understand the difference. In any case, they are questions that a user asks a specific user. Maybe “ask to…” are questions that other users can also see unlike private messages?

How to send push notifications to mobile app users, like the notifications which appear on lock screen, status bar etc.

And how to send custom notification to site users. That should also appear as push notification to mobile app users. Tell me all the correct settings for this scnerio.

(1) How to turn off the tags you want to follow page, once user logins after registraion.
(2) After receiving forgot password mail, once user cicks on the link to get new password & is redirected to website. On website user should receive a message that you have been sent new password. But my site did not give any instructions/message that ur new password has been sent in mail, though new password is delivered in mail box. How to set that message?

2 – First, it sends a mail to user then when the user click on the link in this email, will send another email for the user with the new password.

(2) I understand the process. But when user clicks on the email, once the web page opens it should give prompt that a new password has been sent to your mail. This happens in discy live demo avialable on ur server. But this prompt seems missing on my site creating a bad user experience.
1 – Can you add anything related to the mobile app on the mobile app page, please? Anyways, if you deactivate it for the app, it will stop working on the site too.
2 – Which plugins do you use?

(1) I want to turn off “Follow Tags” screen on mobile app which is shown to new user just after login. First user is shown categories to follow screen& then tags to follow screen. I want to turn off that “Follow Tags” screen.
(2) I am using just recomended plugins + WP SMTP plugin & nothing else.
1 – No, I got your meaning, and as I told you, if you deactivate it on the mobile app, you will deactivate the follow tags feature on the site, too.
2 – So you didn’t get the alert message after clicking on the link?

The alert message is not important since we are already sending email with the new password.
The alert message is important too because If there is no alert message, user have no idea that what to do next because normally on that page users set new password as industry standard. As an admin we have idea that new password has been sent to their mail. But as a user they have no idea what to do next without alert message.

My ask question form is not getting updated on mobile app. I have removed tags & featured image fields from form but they are still appearing in mobile app. Though I have uninstalled & reinstalled app many times.

You need to swipe with your finger in the homepage to update the settings in the app.
Or if you use a cache plugin, clean your cache.
I have refreshed, even reinstalled. I am not using any cache plugin. Ask form has updated on web but not on mobile.

You didn’t save the styling settings page before, so I just saved it, and not everything will be updated without any future problems.
Do fields of Ask Question form is managed centrally from Discy Theme setting options or do we have to manage it from different place in mobile apps setting options for mobile app?
I have removed many field & have only kept title, description & cateogries in ask question form, changes have got implemented on web, but on mobile app it is not updating. I have also deleted the app & reinstalled it. But still app is showing aditional fields in ask question form.

In the tabs place I want to show cateogries names. For example instead of most recemt questions I want to show cateogry name in the tab title.
No, that’s all and I got your meaning, just check it and you will see the categories to add it to the tabs, then hide or show any tabs. Also by drag and drop you can control them.

Speed Index 17.9 s
I use super expencive server and try few best WP plugins like WP Fastest Cache Preminum and Few others but still nothing better so can you tell me what can I do to fix this?

I mean it will be such as student/doctor in a specific subject and the student will pay per question OR to subscribe to a specific package and have credit to how many questions the student can ask. And if the doctor answered correctly and marked as best answer will earn a percentage from each correct answers answered.
All of that is available except the best answer will earn a percentage from each correct answer answered.
