If you didn’t customize the theme, you can reinstall it and you won’t lose your data. Don’t forget to create a full backup.

I cannot find the purchase code for the life of me

Im confused, i thought the theme was a simple install for the demo content. I’m being told that I have to create an XML extention on my hosting service in order for this theme to work. So because I don’t know how to create an XML extention do I now need to purchase the extended support in order to receive help from you?

You don’t need to create an extension. You need to enable it on your hosting (it’s the standard php hosting feature). Please contact your hosting support about, they have to help you because this is the standard feature to activate and available on all hosting. We want to notice you that Extend support it’s the extend time, not extend feature. We can’t tune your hosting because it’s not include in the theme support. Thank you for understanding! If you have questions, please submit a support ticket.
My hosting service stated that the feature doesnt exist and would need to be created. I looked in my hosting panel and we did not see an XML extention disabled. SO my hosting service believes that the feature needs to be created.
Also I have a support ticket but I get faster response from you.

So I logged into the theme and went to demo content and I received an error stating I do not have permission to access this. After the error I logged back into the Dashboard and the demo content was uninstalled. I contacted Hosting to see if we can fix it on there end, they saw error messages with a plugin called PT- Plaxer Addon. But no other issues were found. OK it looks like this issue happened because when I activated the purchase code it was on a temporary domain. Once I switched it to my primary domain the theme deactivated itself. How do i fix this issue? I cannot activate the theme again because its looking at the temp domain.
