Hi, we purchased this theme 3 years ago and have since been in love with it. Thanks to you guys we also learned about Give WP and have managed to expand our reach with our online campaigns, but last week we had major issues as the donate button fully stopped working (Huge problem for us!!)
We had Give WP version 4.9.0 and updated to 4.10.0 in hopes that it may be a bug on their side, but that did not work. We have scaled back to 4.8.1 and only after that did we notice that on here you guys say you recommend using Give WP 3.22.2 and below, but realistically this solution is only temporary. Will you guys be releasing any update in the future that will be compatible with a newer Give WP version? I think this is a key selling point for this theme, specially for nonprofits.
Also, we just noticed that our support for Opal WP is expired. We will gladly renew it, but is this an issue you can help us with under tech support or not really? We would appreciate any advice you can provide!

Import All Demo. To reduce import time and accommodate customer requests for using only one theme, we have enabled the option to import individual demos for each import. Please repeat the installation process and select the homepage you want. Each installation allows you to choose only one homepage.

FOR ELEMENTOR ISSUE: I had this issue with this theme since Elementor updated the plugin , this theme call function ( elementor_plugin_textdomain ) but it was deprecated in Elementor 3rd May 2024, to fix this you’ll need to add this to your child / parent theme functions.php:

I am unable to update or refresh the site because of the header and footer used in the theme, which are not from Elementor but are due to the Elementor plugin. This situation is causing irreparable problems with the theme. Can you please assist with this issue?

All the websites I usedyour themes are down, and I was told its PHP incompatibility. Most hosting platforms are no longer using the php 5.4 as stated in your documentation

Featured image thumbnail size in blog posts is locked to 1000×565 pixels and crops everything that is bigger than this size. I can’t find anywhere how to change size or make images responsive without cropping them. Please help !

Unsatisfactory Experience with Humani- Seeking Refund I purchased the Humani theme for my website with high expectations, given its features and design. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. 1. Persistent Technical Issues: Since the purchase, I have encountered numerous bugs and technical problems. Despite several exchanges with the theme author, these issues remain unresolved, severely impacting the functionality and user experience of my site. 2. Delayed Launch: The continuous problems have led to a significant delay in the launch of my website. It’s been five months since the purchase, and I am still unable to use the theme effectively for my intended purpose. 3. Customer Support and Communication: While I appreciate the efforts of the theme author to address the issues, the resolution has been inadequate. My request for a refund, made a few weeks ago, has not been acknowledged, which adds to my frustration. 4. Request for Refund: Given the persistent issues and the impact on my project, I am requesting a full refund. I believe this is a reasonable request considering the theme’s inability to function as advertised and the time I’ve invested in trying to make it work. 5. Conclusion: I had high hopes for this theme, but unfortunately, it has not lived up to its promises. I urge the developer to take this feedback seriously and improve the theme for future users. First of all, I submitted a ticket with an issue with Causes-Detail Style 01, Causes-Detail Style 02, and Causes-Detail Style 03 was not included during my download. And your reply was the following:

As you can see on our demo there are 3 options Causes-Detail Style 01, Causes-Detail Style 02, and Causes-Detail Style 03 In the theme, you can choose one of 3 styles to display causes detail. You can resend the login information in the ticket so we can check the issues again.

Additionally, I need help with the banner showing the same throughout the website and I wanted to know if it’s possible that I change that. The same image is showing for contact, causes, blog, events (btw I do not like the event page), and the FAQ page. I do not want the same images for all of these pages and I did not have that issue before the other day when I was making corrections. Is there a way that I can use different images for different pages? I already opened a ticket.

I purchased this theme and for some strange reason Elementor page builder plugin is installed but there is no option showing to edit pages using Elementor, Elementor is a core plugin of this theme to create and edit pages. Additionally, none of the demo pages are included in my download. Yes, I requested support and waiting for some type of resolution.
