I have been using the theme for 1+ years, it’s pretty good, nothing bad to report about it; The author has even updated it for the latest elementor update and that is much appreciated!

Im a right that the theme isnt compatible with the latest Elementor update?
The latest version that works with Elementor is 2.25.11.
Could you please provide an update on when the next compatible version will be released? If there is no update soon, I would like a refund ASAP!

I have bought this template so i could install the Demo import for a client and it throws me this error every time i try to import a demo, ita lso says multiple plugins are out of date, i can’t do anything i tried everything i even installed all the recommended plugins ad changing INI values to higher ones to see but that did not help either, this is the error

I also tried to contact you through the “Contact Us” section https://rado-studio.com/support/contact-us/, but I receive an error saying: “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.”

I purchased the Aventa theme, and am absolutely loving it so far… but I went to go try and setup a mega menu, but I don’t see the same options available as what is shown in the documentation.
I have followed the steps to add new items, but I don’t have the “Aventa – Menu Items” option to add columns, etc. Can you help with this?

How to install custom font? You dont have typography customization inside “templates – customize” menu, only in Aventa theme settings. It doesn’t support custom fonts, connected with style.css and @font-face ! Only with third-party CDN like adobe fonts (use typekit net), but the thing is my fonts is not in Adobe or Google font collection!
I’ve been trying to connect my custom fonts with 10 different ways and plugins! Uploaded fonts with Elementor, but i still cant edit some of the elements, like sliders of nav-menus, widgets, etc. just because i have to upload my font the only possible way – get a url link to css file!
Please change custom fonts uploading system like it made in Elementor or tell me please how to solve this!

unfortunately we couldn’t reach you via your email. We investigated the problem and fixed it. There were multiple issues:
1. the address of the CSS file you have entered was wrong. There was no file in that address.
In addition to that, we move the files in the root of Wordpress folder to prevent adding it multiple times to page:
2. Another issue was about the syntax of CSS code of loading fonts. We fixed that syntax on your file.
Now your 2 fonts load correctly. If you have any further problems, just feel free to contact us.

I have an issue in the theme settings section, plugins subsection.
The error seems to be related to PHP/unknown characters. I use Russian, maybe it’s related. Error text: Unknown format specifier ” “

Look like i’ve found a solution: just changed my local language to standart English in Wordpress settings. Everything fine now.
But still, what if i want to switch it back to my local language? Maybe i should install some plagin or to do something else?

I cannot login to the support page with my purchase code which worked yesterday and before. I dont know whats wrong. I seek for your help in the following thing: The pop up in the aventa settings doesnt fit to the field put in there for some reason. The submit button is there if with tab you just step down to that but is not seen. So its a bug in it. The page size of the pop up should fit to its content but its smaller.

On the products page, because of SEO aspects it would be important to step H1, H2 and H3 type of texts, but I cannot change line height of headers and there is an enormous line height in the headers which look so ugly and not user-friendly. Could you please fix this?

Id like to ask your help. My site keeps collapsing and always saying theres server errors and so on even though my storage hasnt even reached half its capacity, and I keep also turning of the plugins too, it helped a little but it doesnt seem to be speeding up. It is so so very slow. My shop page doesnt even want to load although I optimized the image sizes. It seems like that there is no technical problems from my side so I dont know why my page is unrealistically slow. Can you help speed it up? I am afraid it is slow slow it is unusable and I dont know why.
