Dear Sirs, I bought and installed the Aarogya template but when I unzip the file and install the aarogya.zip file, all the images and functionalities do not appear, I also installed the plugins and I do not see anything of the original template, please can you contact me to my email maklarian@gmail.com

By the way, the error exists in backend and not in frontend.

If i click the “Add” button to add a new “Item” in the “Pricing Box” widget and try to save it, then i am getting the error that you see in the first comment.

Could you please try to reproduce it in your localhost?

I have opened an issue related to appointments. You have reimported all content and now I created again my persons and services and the appointment system is stuck AGAIN. Actually the page doesn’t load at all.

After that I tried to access your support system, it asks purchase code. I copy paste the purchase code and it says that the Purchase code is not valid. REALLY?????

I've not more than a month purchased this item. And I've lost one month without progress..... And I cannot open a ticket.

Could you fix all the issues? Or I am going to ask for refund if I cannot use the theme.

Hello, I am trying to reply on my thread I ve already opened (Appointment is stuck), or create a new thread. On both cases it refers for duplicate posts and the platform don’t allow to post, but no post is displayed.

Please fix it or reply to me as soon as possible. I am facing issues and there are more than 8 days without a fix. I ve provided all credentials.

Hi,

there is a bug in the Breadcrumb implementation.

I am removing any background image and set a custom background color of the Breadcrumb at the bottom of each page and in the General Settings of the theme.

But still the theme loads this image as default background image of Breadcrumb (/wp-content/themes/aarogya/images/breadcrumb-bgimage.jpg).

Am i doing something wrong?

Hi there, I like this theme and have been viewing the live preview. I have noticed an issue with the display of some elements when using the Safari browser, on a mac. On the home page, in the third section down (Daily Exercise, Natural Foods, Nutrition Plans, etc) the hover over effect is very ‘flashy’ and not smooth making is hard to view easily. This does not happen when using the Chrome browser. IDs this a know issue with Safari and will this be fixed etc.?
