Hi 1 – i deactivated the youzify and i see this pages comes but by typing the URL, can you show where to clik so i can see in user profile dashboard without manual typing. 2- I want to improve user profile since we would like to have a social profile for our students. We purchased the Youzify plugin which also has BuddyPress. Note that the Right Navigation is still there and I can add new course. IN order do see my courses are there any shorcode that i can add to this page. Because we want to keep youzify and it works with BuddyPress whats you suggestion

After last update, all my courses that saved as embedded disappear! I changed them all to be video link in order to overcome this silly bug

initially, make sure that LMS pages are set correctly in Dashboard > MS LMS > Settings > LMS pages section.
Next, be sure that the permalinks are set up as Post name (/ postname /).
You can do that through Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks.
You can remove the sections by editing the course with Course Builder.

Hello again. all the updates are done. after heavy testing i noticed something weird that you can’t add, in quizzes section, 2 consecutive True / false Q/A. if i change the type to single or multiple choice it saves the work properly otherwise it displays empty row when it is True/ False. kindly advise

My course section reports critical error since last update. However, There is no problem with choosing courses or anywhere else on the site. In my error log files in the server backend, I find a lot of long extended PHP deprecated error strings mentioned multiple times.

I got things fixed. I backed up everything, deleted my old installation, and then reinstalled with your latest fresh copy. However, my students are unable to login. I am able to login and manually add students to courses but they are not able to pass the login screen. We are in class now and no one else can log in.
Are there any error messages appearing when students try to log in? Due to caching plugins the login form may not respond. it is required to exclude the user account page from the caching.

You know your product well, again excellent. Caching was indeed the cause. I deactivated the recently installed cache plugin and it went back to working great again. So I am having zero issues with the product at this time.
Is there any cache plugin you recommend?
To improve the speed of our demo sites, we are using the Autoptimize and WP Super Cache plugins and Akamai caching system on our server-side.

Since WordPress 5.8 was introduced, they removed the previous functionality of widgets. Can you check this issue by installing the Classic Widgets plugin? It will return the previous functionality of the widgets to the current version of WordPress.

Also since last upgrade some of my lessons links broken. I have to duplicate the courses and to re add the students to the new course, otherwise i cant fix it. Please add on the STM a tools to reupdate lesson links etc after theme upgrades.

The issue is likely caused by the database.
Following LMS updates, a notification appears within the WordPress dashboard indicating the need to update the database.
By clicking the update button the database records will be updated. If the notice did not appear, make sure that you updated both the Theme and MasterStudy LMS pro plugin.

I did not see update database and i updated both theme and masterstudy lms pro.
The problem that i am facing on some courses is that on the end of the URL is the course lesson code like: /courses/teaching-english-as-a-second-language/12780
But the real link is with double code like this: /courses/teaching-english-as-a-second-language/12780-12780
The link should be 2 times the lesson ID: /12780-12780 but it is adding on some lessons only 1 time wrongly like: /12780.
The current solution is to make manual redirections for every lesson by using a second redirection plugin but how can i fix that? can you add a lesson link updater tool in the LMS settings?

Default lesson URL should contain single ID without hyphen.
If you customized core templates or changed lesson URLs before, you should manually redirect them.
We will review the usage case of Lessons link updater feature with development team. If there will be more similar requests, it will be implemented to the LMS.

The depreciated issues are fixed in previous updates, and should not appear after the latest release.
Did you install additional plugins eRoom or Bookit? If so, please ensure that they are updated to the latest version.
Otherwise, kindly provide more information about the server configuration so that we can recreate the issue in our staging environment.

I have I problem in the ne course creation form. I cannot translate 3 strings:
“Fill out basic information about a course to make it attractive to potential students.”
“Drag and drop an image or upload it from your computer”
“Upload an image”
I was able to translate all the other strings, but i cant locate these 3 strings. Can you help me find these in which plugin or file are they?

Hi, in all my courses the progress does not reach 100%, if the student checks all the boxes he only achieves 94% and not 100%, if it is done from the admin panel I cannot make the student obtain a 100% either. course progress.

It seems you edited course content and removed some lessons after enrolling users to this course.
You can go to the Students management from backend and remove student to the course. Then, enroll student to the course manually. It should resolve the case with wrong percentage.
