I have this website I want to build, and I want it to have a section where I can showcase my Twitter feeds in, like, a sidebar, maybe using a plugin. Also, I want it to have some article sections where I can showcase video recordings that I have and also audio files that I have, and they get to play on the website. Does this theme support those features?

I import Prysm Marketing demo but I seems there is some issue with Prysm Core plugin, because I received an email that there is an issue with Prysm Core plugin. I have logged a ticket again for the same issues I have been having since I purchased the theme. After 5 months of leaving it on the back burning thinking by now there should be an update as all the comments are complaining about the same issues I’m have. Guess what no update.

Please sort out my issues or refund the theme. No hotfix where someone logs in and say it fixed just for it to still be broken. I want the theme to function as it is intended to. I don’t want to have to log a ticket just to change site logo on the header.

Gentlemen, this is disgusting. I’m helping my friend set up your theme. Firstly, I could not find information that the theme needs Elementor Pro. In the free version of Elementor, the main pages of your theme do not work. Secondly, whatever I do, only the demo of the main page of the desired version of the theme is imported. All internal pages are imported in a basic blue design. Although in the preview, each version of the theme has its own design of the internal pages. I spent 2 days trying to figure out where I was making a mistake. And I could not achieve the correct download of the desired demo.

It was extremely reckless to purchase a topic from a company that has “Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Ut elit tellus, luctus nec ullamcorper mattis, pulvinar dapibus leo” written on its own website in the FAQ section. It’s just incredible. Who are all these 11 users who gave you 5 stars?

I will ask my friend to issue a refund and give you a well-deserved one-star rating.

I have a subscription with elements.envato and I downloaded your theme from there. I really like the theme and most elements are easy to customise i.e. colour changes etc. However I seem to have hit a snag whilst customising because I am not able to change the colour scheme on the footer and header as well as some select areas of the website. I looked through your documentation, but the instructions are honestly not clear as they do not offer clear information on editing the footer and headers.

I have been using Elementor for some years now, so I know my way around it, and there is always a template for the footer and header that can be edited so that it is sitewide, but this one does not seem to have a template in the Elementor Footer and Header editor, nor is there a template in the templates section. I have a particular colour code I am trying to implement across the entire website, however some sections do not seem to have a way to access those sections to change the colours.

I tried to contact you through support but the link does not proceed to the next stage to send an enquiry. Your help will be very much appreciated.
