Quick question about the Elementor plugin. I see I have access to the basic widgets only, and not to the pro widgets. Does the theme not come with a full version of Elementor?

Pre purchase question. I see returning customers can log into their account when visiting the shop section of the theme. Does this mean I will be able to put a “My account” in the menu so that users can log into their account from there?

Yes, MyAccount page is part of WooCommege functionality, so you can add it to the menu. Regarding GDPR, can you please offer more details about the functionality you are looking for?

Hi, regarding GDPR, the theme comes with a dedicated plugin that makes Google Fonts usage GDPR compliant. For the rest of the functionalities you can easily use free solutions. Please let me know if something is not clear or you have more questions.

Is there a way to bulk import of events into the Lucille Music theme?
Only via WordPress importer, from a different WordPress website. Do you have a specific format or can you please offer more details?
I was thinking if there was a way to import an entire “tour” with 50 or so dates at the same time, either by comma delimited text area on the settings page, or maybe even pulling from a CSV file. Some type of form would be optimal to be sure that the required fields are completed.
But do you plan to export the csv them from a different plugin or tool ? I think it would be really time consuming to manually insert all the event details in a csv file. If you plan to manually create the events csv file, I think a better option is to create the first event, then use the built in feature “Duplicate Event” and edit the new event draft. Let me know if this solution works for you.
Thanks for the idea! That leaves us only doing one less manual entry for an entire 52 show season. Each season (year) we put together our release catalog based on the topics our host is going to cover. Yes, these are contained within an excel worksheet, and it would be easy to create a CSV from that worksheet. Again, this would be the same as creating a “tour” season for display, with one-off’s then being added as necessary, manually. Does that make sense?

Hi, WPBakery was the original page builder solution. But we replaced it with Elementor, since is a better page builder solution and easier to use. All the theme demos are built over Elementor page builder. Just import any of the existing demos and edit the home page in Elementor. Hello! I purchased and installed the theme and imported the “Artist” demo. The issue I have is it only works with WPBakery Page Builder. The page that comes as an “Elementor Home Page” is totally broken. It’s not a matter of plugins, I have installed everything needed and when I choose the Page Builder home page as the default home page it works. When I disable WPBakery and select Elementor as default home page, everything is a mess except the slider.I also clicked to edit the Elementor page with Elementor and I saw there’s no code or boxes drawn in there, almost nothing My issue is I don’t want to work with Page Builder anymore and the reason why I chose your theme is your assurance to another user who asked before, that everything has been transferred to Elementor now. So my question is how can we fix this? Thank you
Now that I gave it a closer look, I saw there are things designed in there but it’s like there’s absolutely no css for the page. Everything is unformatted, oriented to the left of the page and Wave Player is absent.

Is there a way to add the day of the week to the Events page? It shows the date but we would like it to say if its a “saturday” or a “thursday”. Is that possible?
Yes, you can change the date format on your WordPress from Settings – General – Date Format. The date shown on events list respect that format. You can use a custom format, like D, F j, Y to show the day of the week.
Does the Theme come with all the Images we see in the demo?
Yes, they are imported with the demo.
Hello, I’d like to buy your theme but I’m not sure I understand. I have elementor pro, I don’t want to use WPBakery. Do you provide ready-made page templates with elementor? Is it possible to use the theme without installing wpbakery and without having to rebuild all the pages manually on elementor? Thanks a lot!
Hi, the theme was initially built over WPBakery, but we switched all the demos to Elementor. Now, Lucille theme comes with custom music oriented widgets made for Elementor. So shortly, you don’t need to use or install WPBakery, this plugin is included in the theme package for compatibility reasons, for old theme users. Also, the theme comes with different demos, based on Elementor, that you can import after installing the theme. Please let me know if you have additional questions.

All the demos are available. Usually, the home pages are built with Elementor, but you have the flexibility to edit your pages and change the content or add custom content based on our custom widgets we’ve made for Elementor.
I just updated Lucille Music Core to 2.5.5 and it broke the display of my website. Looks to be CSS all over the page now…. Usually upgrades with Lucille are smooth, except this one has caused very strange issues. Lucille has been a fantastic theme. Would appreciate any advice to fix ASAP. Thank you.

Hi and thank you for the prompt response. I was able to solve the issue. It was because WPBakery Page Builder plugin was not activated after upgrading it. Once I activated it, website was back to normal again. I didn’t think WPBakery was necessary, as I may have misinterpreted the note that Elementor had replaced WPBakery.
I have both Elementor and WPbakery active now. Can I use either for editing the site now? Thanks again for your quick response- it is appreciated.
Yes, you can use Elementor instead of WPBakery since is a better page builder solution. But please make sure that you recreate all your WPBakery pages in Elementor. I am glad that everything is working now, thanks for the feedback!

In what feels like should be an easy question, I have found myself unable to change the demo header logo. I feel like I’ve updated all my logos and when I go to update the header it shows me as needing Elementor Pro. Am I missing something? I’m sure I don’t have to buy another product just to use your theme, right?
Hi, that is quite easy. You can change the logo from theme settings (Appearance – Lucille Settings) globally, for all pages, or if there is some custom logo applied to some individual page, you can change it by editing the page (normal WordPress editor) and change/remove custom logo from Header Settings meta box, under the content area. Let me know if something is not clear or you have more questions!
Hi. I’m a bit confused: after I installed the Lucille Theme I got the message: ”’Lucille Music Core’ requires ‘Elementor’ to be installed and activated.” WPBakery Page Builder came with the theme, why does it need another page builder activated?
Hi, the theme was initially built over WPBakery. But we implemented Elementor widgets for each WPBakery widget that was originally implemented for Lucille theme. It is up to you if you want to use Elementor as your page builder solution, or WPBakery.

Right now, I cannot effect the text using the text editor in elementor, I can only dothis through customize under the appearance tab. I purchased the Lucille theme and installed it within my web space on a main folder. I installed the same theme in a subfolder. I noticed that Twitter has changed both its name and logo. it is now “X”. Inside the theme there are logos for social media links. in the logos there is still the old twitter logo. Would it be possible to update it with the new “X” logo?
