Hi, we’ve manually deactivated your development domain, so you can now activate the live. Please keep in mind for the future if you need to make domain changes you can first deactivate via your WordPress Admin > Appearance > Theme License > Deactivate License.

Hi, the information is only shown if it’s entered, in the case of land beds, baths, sq ft, anything not applicable is not displayed.

Assume you’re referring to the front end listing system, that would require custom development, unfortunately, in-depth modifications like this are outside the scope of support. Hope you understand.

Is there any way to select what fields( items ) I can put them on comapre list? And also I need to change the order of compare fields ( items ) such as taxonomies or some custom fields.
Because we don’t need to add some of fields ( area size ..etc ) and we need to add some of another fields to be comapred.
If you have please give us the doc or video tutorial to have a look.
If not, please also give us the details. how we can select the compare fields ( items ), taxonomies or the terms.

Hi, you can deactivate your purchase codes for each website by logging into the WordPress Admin for each one and going to Appearance > Theme License > Deactivate License.
Keep in mind if the license is expired on any site it’s just to run the setup wizard for your one time license install, the theme itself remains fully operational and if you’re changing domains you don’t need to make any license changes.

On the property listing page, the map is not working. Map is working on other pages, like the listing details page. This is the page in question here, https://hqhnow.com/buy-a-property/ It looks like, when the map is being set to center on a particular set of coordinates, the longitude (lng) value being passed to it is “NaN” as showed in browser console. Any idea how to fix this?

Hello, We have installed your theme (Version: 3.3.0) on grupobaluarte.com.ec. We have a problem with menu links from smartphones. In the main PROJECTS menu there are 3 submenus. When you click on one of them the link works fine, but then those PROJECTS menu items (Engadí, Enmmanuelle and San Agustín) stop working and do nothing, it does not allow access to their pages. Please could you tell us how to fix it?

I cannot see my attachments when editing a property. I have suddenly lost the ability to update attachments for a property. Does anyone know why this happens?
Hi, sounds like possibly a new plugin was added to your site and might be conflicting or causing script issues. Suggest backtracking or restoring a backup of the site before the issue started happening, your hosting provider can assist with that.
No changes to plugins have been made in a long time. A restore of a back does not work as the oldest backup still has the issues.
Make sure you’re going into Listings > find a listing > click Edit > then go to “Files & Attachments” screenshot https://share.getcloudapp.com/NQu5qpoZ
Also make sure you have the Contempo Real Estate Core plugin installed and activated, if you don’t you can get it from Appearance > Install Plugins.
I don’t see anything similar to what you have in that screenshot. I navigate to the attachments from Easy Real Estate > properties > property > misc > attachments. Is support possible over video call?
That path and names you’re describing are not part of our plugins or theme itself.
That’s a third party plugin you have installed and does not work with Real Estate 7.
You need to deactivate and delete that, and have our Contempo Real Estate Core plugin installed and activated as mentioned in the previous reply then refer to https://contempothemes.com/docs/
