I am currently experiencing several issues with my website: 1. Elementor is not working properly: When I try to edit a page or post with Elementor, the left panel appears slightly greyed out with a loading icon. I am unable to access or edit any elements. 2. License issue: No active license is shown under Crocoblock, even after entering the correct license key. Activation is not possible. 3. Plugin updates fail: The following plugins cannot be updated: • JetElements for Elementor • JetTabs for Elementor • JetTricks

Server requrirements:
To properly load Elementor, your server should meet the following requirements: a minimum WordPress memory limit of 256MB (recommended 512MB for best performance), PHP version 7 or higher.

Loader method:
Navigate to the dashboard > Elementor > Settings > Advanced > Switch Editor Loader Method

Update Elementor version
You should use the most updated versions of Elementor/ Elementor Pro, WordPress, and your theme
Plugins conflict
Deactivate all of your plugins except the following:
Elementor
Elementor Pro
If this solves the problem, reactivate each plugin one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.
If the issue persists, kindly provide temporary admin access (username, password, and domain URL) along with FTP credentials. This will allow us to investigate the issue in detail and provide an appropriate solution.

I have contacted you multiple times already. The demo template cannot be edited with Elementor as advertised. I even provided you with full access credentials, yet you never logged into my website—not even once.
The tips listed in your previous email were implemented long ago and did not solve the issue. It feels as though your customers are of no concern to you.
I paid for this theme and, frankly, received a broken product with zero support. Is this really how you treat paying customers?

However, I would have appreciated much better communication between you and me throughout this process. Please keep in mind that I am not the end customer, but rather managing the implementation on behalf of my own client. Delays and a lack of clear responses put me in a difficult position—especially when I’m unable to provide my client with reliable updates.
I work under tight deadlines, and situations like this can result in me losing the project—and potentially you as well, as I would have considered requesting a refund for the template.

This Item is completely Broken. We couldn’t even get it Initial Setup. Like the Demo is not being Imported. And there are Multiple Plugin Issues We are facing. We Submitted Support request in their Own Support System. that is not even a Support System that is literally a forum. And Its been a Week you couldn’t respond it, When I Posted the Issues, You have replied like you have Installed and Imported the Demo, But that part I couldn’t Understand because I have not even shared the credentials even but you responded as it is done. Then I had shared Login Credentials but no replies. Nothing Happened its been a couple of days. So I have Posted on the Support itself for a refund.

Does your theme support uploading the entire demo with all its data, including text, titles, logos, images, and everything else? My customer loves the theme but requires it to be 100% identical to the demo, with the ability to replace the images and text with their own content.

Thank you. Yes we can see the error messages have now been resolved. We did contact the plugin developers for the other issue, but they could not find the source of the issue in their plugin and believed it was with the theme. We have since found a work around… not a long term solution, but hidden it with CSS for now.
We have just sent a new request to have this update mirrored onto the live site as we can’t push the staging site live (long story).
