When I tried to register the Alone theme on the new server, I received this message: This product is in use on another domain: hattentechnology.com How can I unregister on the old server?

After importing demo content, the DB get corrupted. Tables are missing a lot of their content. For example, wp_options lost everythings and the website cannot even connect to the DB anymore (in wpç_options, the option_name “siteurl”, or “home” ect, are missing).

I’m working on my local xampp with a 6.2.3 WP version (themeforest says that is compatible with this version).

During the import, i din’t get any error. I tried several times; nothing to do.

1. How do you assign a different footers to different pages after builing the footers with Elementor theme builder

2. How do you make one footer a global footer including index page

3. How do you make the subdomain to display vertically instead of horizontal

4. Does the theme have theme option (if yes), where can it be located?

I will appreciate a step by step guide to get this done so I can sort this myself next time without recourse to you.

I am trying to use the Platano home demo as a template for all of my pages to have website continuity.

I customized the home page, however, I am unable to duplicate that page to use as a template to create the other pages.

When I copy/duplicate from within Wordpress, it does not display correctly and the graphics are all messed up (maybe a css issue it’s missing).

I also tried saving Platano Home as a template and inserting shortcode, but that does not allow me to edit the elements/text.

In short, how do I create 10 Platano Home demo pages?

We are in the process of updating our site – we used an early version of this them (I think it was 3.2) and the upgrade path from that version to the current 7.5 version has been extremely time consuming not just with the switch from WPBakery to Elementor, but the whole theme options setup has changed and it’s not so much a theme update as an entirely new theme.

We have persisted with the upgrade path though and now come to a part where we have to show in the summary of events when an event is “booked out”. In the old version of the theme we were able to override the alone parent theme file and add in the necessary code into the child theme.

With the new setup, I have found the code I need to edit is in the \wp-content\plugins\bearsthemes-addons\widgets\events\skins\skin-list-gangri.php file.

I am hoping you can help me to let me know how I can override this file either in the child theme, or elsewhere rather than overriding it in the plugin folder so we don’t lose our code when there are updates to the theme in future.
