Hi, we want to purchase this theme but need to confirm some things
Is it possible to upload car history report PDF to the listing to appear as ‘Get this car’s report’ rather than beneath the ‘Attachments’ heading?
Also is it possible to prevent public registration, it will be just for 1 or 2 users
and can you submit questions on a listing without being registered?

1. Uploading a PDF report in that manner isn’t possible; it will be classified under Attachments. 2. You can turn off public registration via Vehica Panel > User Panel. 3. Without registration, adding listings isn’t available for unregistered users.

I noticed in the Demo it has an option in the car listing to get a report, how does this feature work? We also notice there is a comment section on each car listing, can this be easily hidden or disabled?

1. The “Download Report” button on our demo site is just for show, to give you an idea of how it could work. We don’t have a built-in way to connect it to an external service for things like VIN checks. Our theme is used in over 100 countries, and because each country has its own system for vehicle checks, we didn’t include a one-size-fits-all solution. You can link this button to any external service you like. If you want, you can make the button dynamic and link it to a listing ID or unique code. 2. The Vehica Single Listing doesn’t have a comments section; it’s only on the Blog. You can remove it from the blog easily by editing the template in Elementor and taking out the widget. If you run into any issues after you buy, please get in touch with us.
Hello, I have tried the theme for free within WordPress, and I found the possibility of modifying many sections, such as practically the entire product page (buttons, deleting sections, etc.) with Elementor. I just want to confirm if that is actually the case after I purchase the theme? If so, as is the case with the free trial version in which you can modify the vast majority of sections of the product page and others, I will be happy to buy the theme, but I prefer to ask you before to be sure, please confirm that Is what I just mentioned possible?

I am about to buy your template since I think it is very complete. I just have a doubt. In the free trial version I am creating a new custom field for a second extra gallery within a listing but the images from the first gallery appear and not the ones I want. Could it be that it only happens in the free version or can’t I have two galleries? Of course I can understand that because it is a test some functions are limited.

Your theme would be perfect for me. I would just need one piece of information before purchasing. My site will feature new and used cars. For used cars, everything is perfect. However, for new cars, I would like to be able to vary the price based on the selection of an optional feature. For example, if a user views a new car and selects the option “alloy wheels,” the price increases by the value specified in the custom field. Is that possible?

Hello, are you devs thinking of having a claim system? This should be an important thing, because owners of the theme could add several car dealers listings, and then the car dealer owners can claim their business. This theme is one step ahead of other similar themes, so with this, this theme can be way more foward. Thank you and I hope you guys will add this in the future.

Top of the day guys! Pls the image lightbox on mobile view is taking a very very long time to load. I tried using a third-party lightbox plugin, but no effects. Kindly look into this. Thanks for the response. However, the images are SMUSHED and are within reasonable sizes. So, it is not the size of the image but probably something else. Why not take your time to look into this, if you do not mind. I have checked my competitors’ sites and there is a wide margin of difference in this regard.

Thanks for your question. We haven’t worked with the solution you’re using, but if you want to add an iframe (embed code), it would require file customization to make it automatic. Alternatively, you can create a new custom field in Vehica Panel > Custom Fields, choosing the type ‘Embed’ and enabling the option ‘Allow RAW HTML.’ This will let you add a unique iframe for each listing. To automate this, you’ll need custom coding or an external developer.

Hello, few pre-sale questions:
1) Is it possible to use both modes (selling and rental) at the same time? This would require the cars entries to be distinguished some way. Does the theme allow this feature yet (entries distinguished among car selling and rental) or not?
2) Is it possibile avoiding shopping cart feature (and maybe price display also) when using the theme for selling/rental purpose? I’d need to use this theme for a luxury cars website and the owner doesn’t want to show cars’ price (or, in any case, he needs the price only as filter option) and he doesn’t need any woocommerce style purchase button, instead he wants to display a button to get to a contact form under any car entry. Does the theme allow it easily or does it require any code customization?

1) You can use different single listing templates for various taxonomy terms such as categories. 2) This theme doesn’t come with shop functionality. By default, it works the way you want. WooCommerce is used only for monetization, like when visitors add a listing and wish to pay to feature it. You don’t have to use this module at all. Many car dealers choose not to activate WooCommerce; they configure the site this way and just use a contact form. If you prefer, you can remove the price field in Vehica Panel > Custom Fields.

If you turn off registration, users won’t be able to sign up. However, you (as an admin) can still use the front-end or back-end panel to add or manage listings.
Why is there no search page, it’s not in the pages, and I can’t make it the default page (main page)
and also the question is, where can I edit filters in the search, I mean add new ones
There is also a problem with filters on the mobile version, dropdowns don’t work well, so if at the end they don’t open completely and you can’t scroll through them, where can I make sure there are no dropdowns and only modal windows?

1. You can’t set the “search page” as your homepage due to WordPress limitations. Each custom post type, like “Ads,” has to be in a folder to avoid slug conflicts. This isn’t a limitation of our theme; it’s how WordPress works. Changing this could lead to bugs.
