Hello, my name is Jair from Mexico, I am writing to you because I have two important doubts about the subject that I don’t know how to solve:
1. In the HOME the menu appears, but when you click on the three bar menu on the top right, it does not display any section. Can you help us to make the menu appear in this section of the drop down menu? It seems to be a template error.
2. Also the HEADER menu in the HOME section does not have a white background. We have tried to edit the page but it remains transparent, we want it to have a white background.

We are particularly focused on addressing two key issues:
Content Migration: The Avada builder relies heavily on shortcodes, which persist even after the theme is deactivated. This raises a concern about how to efficiently migrate content while maintaining the original formatting and avoiding the clutter of leftover shortcodes.
Permalink Adjustments: Our objective during the migration process includes modifying permalinks to better align with our current structure, enhancing SEO effectiveness. For example, we plan to change ‘project’ permalinks to ‘portfolio’. Could you advise on the most efficient method to handle these permalink changes, ensuring a seamless and error-free transition? Additionally, we prefer to minimize the use of extra plugins in this process.

Hello my name is Jair from Mexico, I am writing first to congratulate you for the great topic you developed, and also because I have three important doubts about the topic that I don’t know how to solve:
1. In the SERVICES section, 3 gray lines appear along the entire page, two on the sides and one in the center of the entire template. I would like to remove those 3 gray lines that appear in the background, they seem to be guide lines or something like that, however I don’t know how to remove them.
2. Also in the SERVICES section, the menu that appears in a semi-circle in the upper right side does not show the dots that identify it as a menu. In other sections the same semi-circle appears with the dots but not in this SERVICES section, I want to know how I can put the dots in that semi-circle so that it is visualized as a menu.
3. In the menu when I place sections that have more than two words, example: “Products and Services” automatically puts the letter (“y”) that separates the words in high also, that is to say, it leaves me the texts of the menu like this: “Products and Services” I would like to know how I can do to leave the letters of separation of words in low so that it is like this: “Products and Services”.
I hope to have your help as soon as possible because my client is very desperate to solve these details.

Hi, I purchased the WordPress theme Axtra | Digital Agency Creative Portfolio Theme and after installing the theme when I go to import demo it shows as all done. But when I visit the site I can’t see imported demo also it asks for FTP details after importing process.

⚠️ SCAM ALLERT: RUUN !!! If I could give this theme a zero, I’d hand it a black hole. Remember the fancy, glitzy demos that pulled you in? Yeah, those were the siren songs before the shipwreck. I had more luck assembling IKEA furniture in the dark with my mouth than making sense of this ‘theme’. Nothing works
