The template was working fine until yesterday. Now, all of a sudden, I can’t use the dashboard settings properly. Just by deactivating the footer, there is no change on the website. Deactivating the social network floating doesn’t work either.

What was the last action when the issue occurred? Ensure that you have the latest version of the theme and all the required plugins (Ohio Extra, Ohio Portfolio, Ohio Importer, etc.). Also try to clear all cache.

Hi, I kindly ask you for an help on these problems:
1. How can I add a custom top margin on the WooCommerce Category Page? I think using css because the category page does not have the Ohio Settings.
2. I tried to reduce the product featured image size from 600px to 450px using the main WordPress Customization setting and regenerate the thumbnails. Unfortunately the image size does not change. Maybe there is a particular Ohio setting for this?
3. Some months ago, your dev team fixed a problem on Ohio related to the not working download button using the WooCommerce Free Download plugin. Your dev team member that fixed this problem told me they will integrate the fix on future Ohio releases. Unfortunately the fix has not been applied and with the latest Ohio updates the problem appear again. It is possible to fix it?
Hi, I was able to add a top margin with these css (basically using the breadcrumb class), please can you let me know if they are correct:

About the product featured image, I notice it is related to the ohio product slider. Maybe it can be resized with css? I have only a featured image and no other gallery images.

Hi, I was able to edit the page with Elementor. Basically I have unchecked the shop page from WooCommerce and then I was able to edit it with Elementor adding Ohio Categories. I’ll configure back again the shop page once finish to edit it with Elementor.
Is it correct?
I also need two more info to complete the shop page configuration. How can I add the left breadcrumbs and the right filters like in your sample page?

Unfortunately, WooCommerce shop pages can’t currently be directly edited by Elementor.
If you want to use the trick of switching the shop page to an ordinary page, an extra code should be added in order Elementor’s required libraries will load correctly.
Breadcrumbs and filters should appear automatically when you set the shop page back.
You can send us a personal message and provide your temporary WP credentials. So that we will be able to add the mentioned extra code using a child theme.
Before we proceed it’s necessary to take a full backup of your database and your website. By providing us with access, you agree that a backup has been taken.

Seems like it will take much more time to remake existing demo templates. We’d suggest you just create such a layout from scratch using one of the page builders (you can use WPBakery or Elementor) and ready-to-go UI components (e.g. Banners, Headlines, Social Networks, Buttons, and so on).

Hello. How is it possible for Portfolio Projects to have 3 projects per row? In the demo2 in the first column are 3 projects and in the second column are 2.
