I hope this message finds you well. I have been exploring your Hotale V.2 theme before making a purchase, and I’m hoping you can assist me with a few questions below:
1) The Ski Lodge Assoc. aims to implement a single Booking System/Calendar, with separate access for Members (requiring login) and the public (without login). Is this achievable?
2) The Lodge desires bookings to open for members two months in advance of public access. For instance, member bookings open on 1st March, while non-member bookings open on 1st May. Is this possible?
3) The Lodge also wants the flexibility for guests to book either an entire room or individual beds (similar to a hostel setup). Additionally, is it possible to set a minimum booking requirement of 2 people for selected rooms?
4) Regarding payments, for member bookings made between 1st March and 30th April with an option to pay later, is it possible to set a deadline for the balance payment by 1st May? For non-members, could there be a maximum 7-day payment period?
5) How can the system be structured to manage credit nights for members? Ideally, members should be able to view their credit balance upon signing in, and is there an administrative interface for booking managers to access and manage this?
6) Lastly, is it possible to incorporate off-peak, low-peak, and peak pricing for each month into the system?

Hi Admin, is there any functionality to enable/disable tax for Room Services? Some of the room services are not to be taxed but the 18% Tax is applying to the total amount as a whole.

My question is whether the following can be implemented:
Room (includes 2 adults) = €100/night.
Each Extra Adult = €20/night.
Each Child = €10/night.
“Extra Service 1” = €30/person/night.
So that the reservations can be calculated as in these examples:
1 – Reservation for 3 nights with:
Room [1 adult] = €100×3.
1 child (€10/night) = €10×3.
“Extra Service 1” = €30×2 x 3.
TOTAL = €510.
2 – Reservation for 3 nights with:
Room [2 adults] = €100×3.
2 Extra Adults = €20×2 x 3.
2 children = €10×2 x 3.

This is possible except the room base price in our theme includes children as well. The pricing would look like this:

Pre purchase question:
I have a motorbike rental business with accommodation. I would like to setup several booking scenarios.
1st scenario would be daily motorbike hire (with the option of overnight accommodation)
I would then like to set up two packages
3 days @ €320
5 days @ €550
This is a “per person” price and the accommodation can sleep upto 6 people. So, for example 5 people could book the 3 day package and price would be €1600.
Is this something I would be able to achieve with your system ?

This theme is made to sell rooms/tours, it is not possible to only sell motorbike hires. This can only be sold along with the accommodation.
You can set a per person per day/night change and the prices will be calculated accordingly. How can you be jumping from one problem to the other? I installed demos and everything broke, missing css and js files. Yes, You can change that by adding this code at the end of the functions.php file(preferably in a child theme):

After changing that, you may get a 404 error on these pages. For that you need to open the admin panel and save the permalinks(wp-admin > settings > permalink) once.
Hi Sandeep, I still have an issue for my room orders manager. His wordpress role is set to “Tour staff” but he can’t access to the room orders anymore. As it is an old issue that has been fixed in the past (PUBLIC TICKET #3332813) but showing up again, I would like to avoid renewing my support just for that. For notice, nothing changed regarding the wordpress user profile used for the staff manager. Thank you for your help !

Revolution slider is also included as a bonus file via our extended license. However, we don’t have the demo content created with this slider. You can use it but need to set up by yourself.
