To be perfectly clear. For the regular updates, you don’t have to purchase new support as the updates are always free. For personal support, you do have to buy it again as it expires after 6/12 months.

You can check everything out on the ThemeForest terms and conditions, it is not something that we, as authors, came up with but Envato’s policy.

I know Sir !! but in my previous support period, Support team said that they have plenty of tickets, so they can’t fix it now will fix it in next update and now my support is over. Otherwise theme is good but support didn’t help me regarding this problem during my support period, they closed the ticket every time !!
