1 – hello, i have purchased the theme, and found a weird glitch. whenever i search for my properties from the theme, it redirects me to the home page. This happens from all search builders like search results page, advanced search or houzez search builder. what should i do?

2 – also I want the admin to be able to see the data of his/her agents. How can I set the this feature.

3 – I don’t want to use google maps, is there a free alternative to this, how should i activate that free alterantive?

Hello, I have a pre-sale questions, 1) Is there option to show properties to properties to only logged in users? 2) Is there option to show agent/seller/agency details on the property page right after submitting inquiry form?

Is it possible to have agents use the package that was purchased by the agency? I need the agency to purchase a “Subscription”, Then any agent that is part of the agency must get to create listings which would come off the available listings of the package that the Agency purchased.

This is the single option that I require that I cannot find an answer to in any of your documentation.

I REALLY need help getting this issue fixed as soon as possible. I am trying to list a property on our website and I can’t upload the pictures. The “+Add Media” button is missing from the Property Panel. It was in the Property Gallery tab, but appears that the Property Gallery tab & the Video tab have been merged into one tab called Media, but that the “+Add Media” button was not included in the latest update of the Housez theme. This is clearly a recent change because I have uploaded images of properties as recent as July 17th and had no issues with this at that time.

Hello! Please can you let me know how to change slightly the border radius in the listings layout. This is for all, like in the search result pages and also in the properties carousel. I see in the properties carousel that I see in the “Style” there is the option for change the Box shadow or typography but not the radius border for each property box.

Also in the banner search, my client wants “Search by area, street or postcode”. In the “Select the search criteria for the keyword field” looks that only one option can be chosen. Like “Property address, street, zip or property ID” OR “Search State, City or Area” Is possible that all can be selected? Looks no, please can you male available that all the Field can be chosen?

Also, how to remove completely the option button “Advanced”? Thanks

Hi, I am currently using the Houzez theme on my website and am quite impressed with its design and functionality – great work!

At the user’s dashboard always shows “You don’t have any message.” All messages are sent to the “Board” page, “Massages” page is always empty.

Could you please shed some light on how the messaging system operates?

When using wp all import my first photo downloaded is correctly added as the feature photo. but when the rest of the photos are downloaded they are not attaching to my property listing. They do however show up in the photo gallery. What am i doing wrong?

Hello, Our client wishes to list properties for both sale and rental purposes. Is there a solution with the Houzez theme to effectively combine these two property types? Are there search filters that include date-based searching and the capability for reservation requests through a calendar?

We have noticed that the Homey theme is more geared towards rentals, while the Houzez theme is focused on sales. Do you have any suggestions on how to merge the functionalities of both themes?
