hope this question doesn’t sound stupid, since your themes are all based on a single framework, is it possible to purchase 2 themes (let’s say vault and pagebolt), install them, and import a mix of pagebolt and vault pages. And since they are all sharing the same framework, I should be able to have a mix of pagebolt and vault pages on my website without styling problems or missing features/widgets etc. Are my thoughts correct?
Hello, that is correct, you can mix any of our themes without any problem. Just remember to go to Theme Options – System – Refresh UiCore Data after switching a theme, to get the new demos list.
after yesterday’s update to wp 4.6, a different layout has been inserted on each of the pages, so that the header and footer are missing. When checking I noticed that if I change the default layout from elementor canvas to theme it reappears. Can I change this globally so that I don’t have to go through each page individually?
Hello, with Elementor Canvas template, only the page content will show, without the header and footer. This has been the case before the WP 4.6 update. Did you have all the pages set to Elementor Canvas before the update?

Hello, the Post Grid widget doesn’t have a filtering option, but you can use the Post Gallery widget instead.

Hello, we just checked and posting tickets work fine. First, make sure you’re logged in on https://my.uicore.co/, then go to https://help.uicore.co/ and click on Sign In. That will automatically log you in and you should see the Ask a Question button.
Hi, i’ve just installed Vault. On the website it was said that Elementor pro is included. Now I cannot activate Elementor Pro, as it is saying I need a license code. I tried the license code of Vault but that did not work.. please help.
Hello, Elementor PRO is a subscription based plugin that can’t be included in a commercial theme.
Our themes bundle Element Pack PRO, which offers similar features to Elementor PRO. This plugin should be pre-activated with the theme.

It’s a conflict with woocommerce, If I turn off the woocommerce plugin the pagination become visible, Can you make an upadate or let me know how to fix this. Thanks.

Hi, Can you send the link to raise a ticket for support, as the current Ask a question on the help center is not displaying categories.
1/. Need advice on fixing CSS to display topbar on mobile device, currently it does not? ( current hot fix has been to use elementor as a 2nd menu).
2/. Top bar menu for each of the categories, in this case Residential | Business | Wholesale | Developer the menu’s activate state needs to remain activate for all the pages within that category.
3/. Commercial License? Part of an IT company may need to use this them on a number of future project is this possible!

3. The Envato licensing system only allows one website / license, and there are no other options available.

1. So the code for CSS did fix the topbar to be visible on mobile devices, which is great but the menu in the 1st column is appearing as a list, but 2nd column items of phone number and email appears as two different columns
2. Site in question is https://www.iperium.com.au/ Its our sister company.
3. That’s a pity would love to use it on more projects but juggling multiple sites and their license number, for each site….what a pain. Would be much easier if there was a commercial license even its worth a few a thousand dollars, we would paid for it.
I’ll log a ticket shortly for current issues with the topbar, with screenshots and or video.

1. This code will fix the column issues and also highlight the current page: https://uicore.d.pr/n/ge5ztb The reason we disabled the top bar on mobile is because in most cases, the content won’t fit and it will take a large part of the screen, which is not user friendly.
3. This is what Envato offers at this point, and we need to follow their rules.
