Hi – I have installed the theme but it says I can not activate because the php is incompatible. I have tried all versions and it still will not allow me to activate. I tried writing to your support but have not received a response. If this theme is no longer compatible can I please have a refund.

I bought this theme a week ago, and opened two support tickets but no one answers me. I have problems loading the Demo, the media files don’t import, but this not is the worst, I can’t edit the beats, news and dates pages, becouse they see blank in the wordpress editor. Ok, unfortunate start with a seemingly great template. When importing the Elementor templates, Elementor itself shows: Couldn’t use the Kit Seems like there is a problem with the Kit’s files. Try installing again and if the problem persists contact Support. So the pages/template are unusable so far. What have I done wrong? How do I install the Elemantor templates correctly?

hi, we bought your theme Angio and we have this problem like another user: “Hi, templete Angio’s “Dates edit” page doesn’t work properly, a blank screen appears when click on “Edit Dates” from WP, probably because the site is incomplete or missing files… After clicking edit, it jumps directly to the blank WP page.”
we wrote you 2 emails but we have no reply at all…let us know how to solve or we have to ask for a refund.
