Hello,i bought your theme and I got stuck whith the installation on importing demo data “Import Intro Demo Data”. I don’t know where to find the files and I dont know how to install the demos plus the revolution slider is asking me for an activation code. Can you help me please?
I am sorry but i can’t find the demos anywhere. What am i doing wrong? It says that demo data is imported “Demo data successfully imported.” but where?

Your document is outdated. There is no Appearance > Theme Settings > Import/Export option in Wordpress version 6.3.1. I have submitted a refund request.
I would like to use your beautiful theme. Installation among themes is similar and should not require an additional payment for technical support. In lieu of that payment, would you mind updating your doc? Otherwise my license cannot be used.

Do you have to do a manual update to the theme? Also, I have a H-Code add-in’s plugin that says it needs to be updated, but no means of updating.

Can someone please tell me what is going on with your theme (and no, I am not renewing support just because your updates aren’t working). I can’t update any of the theme settings (just getting an error), can upload an of your demo content (just spinning) and I’m super concerned that your not supporting the theme with the new WordPress updates.

lol, there are a couple demo installs and I tried several times to do another. Your THEME is not updated fully to the new software version so to be very honest – We won’t be using it at all. You won’t have to worry about that. I’ll remove the other sites this morning and create the actual clients site on a theme that is fully updated and supported but thanks for your help!
Hello, would any updates be released for the item? Last update is dated August 2021, and currently some bugs have appeared on the website created based on H-Code template. The most crucial issue is that we can’t edit or release new Portfolio posts with WP Bakery (backend editor doesn’t load, frontend editor works with bugs). We also have some troubles with Woocommerce plugin.

I’m sorry to insist on this, but you say the theme is still supported and updated and then send me a link saying the latest update was in august 2021! So I cannot update those core wordpress and essential plugins to latest version?! When will be the next update?
