Pre purchase question:

I have a motorbike rental business with accommodation. I would like to setup several booking scenarios.

1st scenario would be daily motorbike hire (with the option of overnight accommodation)

I would then like to set up two packages

3 days @ €320

5 days @ €550

This is a “per person” price and the accommodation can sleep upto 6 people. So, for example 5 people could book the 3 day package and price would be €1600.

Is this something I would be able to achieve with your system ?

You can set the price for per person without the accommodation enabled. If you enable the accommodation in the tour price setup, the price will for 2 people.

​Hello, We have 2 licenses, one of them for several years. Unfortunately, we have only just discovered that CaptchaV3 does not work, even though it is integrated as described. Now spam is coming in via one of the forms and the server provider has pointed this out to us and says that there is no captcha in the forms. Unfortunately, we cannot contact support as it has expired. Otherwise we would have done it already. However, we believe that you could support us a little here, as there appears to be a problem with the integration of Captcha V3 and not a problem caused by us.

We urgently need help as this is an important company website and not a small private website.

Hotels and excursions run via the Global Settings. We do not have the separation into tours and hotels that you have made, as the website was created before the separation.

Each hotel has its own form on the tour page, where the captcha is also displayed. The form is created with Contact-Form 7 and the Captcha V2 is integrated in the form. Sample: https://govacation-domrep.com/travel-planner/hilton-la-romana/

Each excursion (tour) has a reservation bar in the tour settings: https://govacation-domrep.com/travel-planner/3q-sdq/ And the captcha is not active in this form.

How do we get the captcha to work? Many thanks in advance for your efforts.

That’s exactly how we did it and have been doing it for years. The website is always up to date, whether Wordpress, template or plugins. The cache has been cleared and the captcha still doesn’t work.

Is it possible to change the single tour page header – the image section – to be more like the “Travel Tour Main V5” demo, I like the “Museum” better but would love to have 5 featured images on the top and not just one with a “gallery” button. Is it possible to do one page checkout or single page checkout instead of taking customer to multiple pages?

Unfortunately, it’s not possible. Maybe you can try to enable the WooCommerce Payment in: Tour Settings > Payment > Payment General and you will be able to using the one page checkout from the WooCommerce.

I am trying to use shortcode to show only specific posts with post Id [gdlr_core_blog num-fetch=”3” blog-style=”blog-widget” post=”112,123,505” thumbnail-size=”thumbnail” ] But it does not work.

The default payment gateway from the tour system isn’t support for Paystack, but you can work with Paystack when you enable the WooCommece checkout in the Tour Settings.
