Hi, I just purchased this beautiful theme and installed it, but sadly the purchase code is not accepted (message: “something went wrong”). I tried it many times without success. So, how can I activate the licence to start using this theme? I created a ticket for this problem. Regards, Johan
After hours of trying, now the code was accepted. Does not know why. After some more problems with installing the required plugins, now I cannot download the update to version 1.1.0. After clicking “Update now”, nothing happens. Why is that and why is the most recent version not available here in the market after the purchase? How can I get the most recent version?

Both theme are designed using, Tatsu Builder and Spyro have it’s spyro module, Like exponent module and Oshine Module. But Spyro have More feature in Spyro module it include Tatsu Form, Mailchimp and many more.

Hi there, I submitted a ticket but was not responded to.
The email form does not appear to be working? Any new leads that submit are not added to the database under Tatsu in WP and they are also not added into Mailchimp after I inputted all my correct information.
