1) Can you confirm if PaulHair works with Elementor? 2) Is the megamenu supported in paulhair version or only works with euola theme?

1) All of the features showcased in the demos and listed in the Theme Features list can be achieved with the theme options, custom shortcodes by the theme and free version of Elementor.
Once you import our demo content you will get all the pages and settings which you can adjust to your needs. After that just navigate to Settings > Reading and set your page of choice as your homepage (please see screenshot).
2) Mega menu can be set for dropdown menu in any header layout. This also includes header layout on this homepage

1) The Child theme is included and it can be used for adding your own code snippets to a theme and keeping them safe from theme updates.
2) This won’t affect your purchase code. A child theme lets you modify a parent theme as much (or as little) as you want.

I purchased the theme and was not able to create an account for support. How do I change the hero image on the appointments page? I can’t find a way to edit it anywhere.

Your email wasn’t verified yet, however, we have now verified your account manually. Please clear your browser cache and try to login once more.
The Title Area background image can be set in PaulHair Core Options > Title, and also in Title settings on individual pages. Local page options will override global theme options.

I really like the theme, but before buying it I would like to know a few things.
Is the theme built entirely with Elementor? Is it compatible with Woocommerce?
And these questions below are because I am a little scared to see this… I see that it has not been updated since its creation (March 21, 2023) it has been almost two years since then. When will the theme and components be updated? I don’t see customer rating stars… can you guarantee that it is a quality theme with good support? Will the theme be supported in the future?
I have also seen another theme that is yours (CURLY) it seems to be more up to date and updated, but I like the aesthetics of PAUL better.
Can they be combined? that is, have CURLY and put parts of PAUL?

The theme is supported and will continue to be updated. At the moment, we don’t have an ETA for the update’s release.
The current version of the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress and PHP 8.0.
The theme is compatible with WooCommece, and a free version of Elementor. That Elementor version is used to create the demo content that you see on our demo website.
The Curly theme is a separate theme and they can’t be combined, unfortunately.

I changed working hours in core options.. but the working hour is changed partly.
I change Monday Closed, Tuesday, Wedenesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday -> 9;30 AM – 6 :00 PM, Sunday Closed..
But Front and Other page just shows Saturday and Sunday only.

how to change book now link in main top ?
I can change its link in widget but still the book now is linked to your theme.
Widget book now is shown only when scrolling down. this book now link can be updated.. but when access to home page, the book now is not changed

There were some changes in the HTML structure of single product pages in the newer versions of WooCommerce and this may cause gallery on single product pages to display incorrectly. However, there is css fix for this and you can contact our support to send it to you.

New Widgets section which came with the newer versions of WordPress is a bit heavy on the server resources. This is the reason why you are seeing those errors. However note that those errors are not affecting your website in any way. You can simply close them and continue with making changes to your widgets. Or you can use Classic Widgets plugin which will revert Widgets section to it’s previous layout.

Hello. I’m trying to activate the theme, but it keeps waiting and doesn’t finish activating. We have tried in some environments and we comply with the php directives requested, but it keeps giving error.
From the inspector we see that it gives an error : Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading ‘purchase_code’)
I tried to send a message to https://qodeinteractive.com/ and when I type in the purchase code it comes back as null, possibly the problem is with the purchase code.

Hi,
I am having a bit of a nightmare with this theme – I am now trying to update photos on the logo couraosel and even simple thing like changing the photos it does not give me any option to customise it on elementor to change photo.
I have looked on advanced, styling options and you cannot find a way to change the photos for the life of me.
I have now tried to contact support but apparently you have to create an account before submitting a request. It says I already have an account, although I didn’t register and when I request a password reset it says it doesn’t recognise the email?? How do I get support please help.
