We would like to inform you that we have not tested the theme with the Helpie Knowledgebase plugin. Since it is a third-party plugin, we cannot guarantee full compatibility out of the box.

However, Knowledge Base is built following standard WordPress practices, so in most cases, third-party plugins should work fine. If you decide to try it and face any styling or minor compatibility issues, our support team will be happy to guide you where possible.

I’ve updated my server to PHP 8.3 and 8.4, but the problem persisted, so I reverted to version 1.54, but even that required a significant amount of server resources.

Version 1.58 encountered a conflict with the fastest cache premium plugin I was using, and even if I disabled fastest cache, the CSS remained messed up.

However, when I try to import the inspiration-knowledgebase-child.zip theme, I get this message: “The parent theme could not be found. You will need to install the parent theme, inspiry-knowledgebase, before you can use this child theme.”

Knowing that at the level of the purchased file I only have these 2 files: - knowledge-base.zip - inspiry-knowledgebase-child.zip

Is the inspiry-knowledgebase file missing?
