However, when I try to import the inspiration-knowledgebase-child.zip theme, I get this message: “The parent theme could not be found. You will need to install the parent theme, inspiry-knowledgebase, before you can use this child theme.”
Knowing that at the level of the purchased file I only have these 2 files: - knowledge-base.zip - inspiry-knowledgebase-child.zip
Is the inspiry-knowledgebase file missing?

Hello, I just purchased the theme and I find two issues, the HTML5 Responsive FAQ pluggin doesn’t install, it says: Something went wrong with the plugin API. Also, when I try to find this: Important! For first time activation, you need to hit Options Reset to store your default options in the database and then hit Save All Changes (Under menu Appearance → TechDesk Options). I cannot find this last part. Could you lend me a hand with this, please? Thank you very much!

Hi There. theme looks great – a couple of questions (1) does the search bar on the front page search the blogs/articles? I’ve had a bad experience with bb in that the search only searches forum. (2) for search – is there anything built in so you can analyse the search terms? (3) are you able to have multiple ways to ‘like’ posts i.e. a heart as well? (4) is it possible to put a picture behind the ‘search bar’ heading on each page? thank you!

Just check one thing, After updating theme, make sure to update required plugins by visiting Appearance → Install Plugins page.
Thank you for your response! The update crashed the website so badly, I had to manually restore the files via a backup. There was no option to even have the ability to update the required plugins. I shall contact you further via the link you provided.

This page in demo http://knowledgebase.inspirydemos.com/articles-list/ is basically a blog page.
Also all the articles on homepage are basically blog page articles http://knowledgebase.inspirydemos.com/home-with-categories-and-articles/
Now if you do not want to use blog then it is upto you, knowledge base’s search functionality will keep working on FAQs and Forum Topics.
