I’m really tired. After a month, what was the answer? In this one month, you didn’t log in to my twilio account even once. If I made the account 2 factor, you couldn’t log in.
I lost my time to return the product, I’m really sad
Buying the theme and spending an extra 6 months on it turned out to be a very bad decision. If you can, find another theme! I would like to ask for my money back, but as far as I can see, themeforest is not very helpful in this either. In many cases, the documentation is inadequate. In particular, the biggest suck was with the map settings. Documentation had nothing to do with how to install it. Customer service can answer simple questions. In problematic situations, they talk nonsense and sometimes it seems to me that they look stupid. In some cases, wordpress access and cpanel access are requested for “Detailed review.” And I could actually go on and on, but that would just waste my time, just like buying the theme. Money can be replaced, but wasted time cannot! Just look carefully at the comment section, not the stars!

I have already granted admin access to the site. The problem is irrelevant. I already bought another one and am working with it. There are two customer service representatives. Sam and Vicky. Vicky has 5 star customer service. It is likely that he has a much better understanding of the theme than Sam. If I were the company, I would fire Sam. It’s not a very winning customer service strategy, if I’m logged in and I answer right away, I have to wait another 24 hours for another answer.
After that, I would be very curious about one thing, which of the more than 8,000 customers actually runs a website with this theme.

Hi I have a few questions before purchasing the theme. 1. I want to provide 5 ads free every month for all registered users that is, when the free package expires, it will be activated again. Does your theme have this option? 2. Will extensions need to be purchased separately after purchasing the theme?

Yes we do have a package feature in which user can have 5 ads every month and on expiry, user just have to select that plan again while submit listings for another month.

Hi there, They will address your issue today, as for as their feedback, it seems like provided api is not authorised to use geocoding api, although you have enabled mentioned services but it might be not for correct api key, support team will check your api configuration from your google console.

Unfortunately the theme is not able to sort results directly by date (most recent listings first) when an user enter a city. Support has not been replying on the topic for 3 months now. Disappointing for users that see old listings first.

Well, you can offer multivendor marketplace functionality with wcm plugin + directorypress wcfm addon, not sure if woocomerce offer partial payments though.

I would like to use the map service with Google Maps. But this service of theirs is currently not working properly and the customer service cannot give proper advice. Help videos made 3 years ago are sent. Information that does not match the theme’s settings. Plus, they responded that they didn’t even look at the screen shots, all the settings were on them. They haven’t been able to help on the subject for seven days. Apart from my Google Maps problem, I can only recommend the theme at the moment!

i dont understand why there is no option for user membership, because property owners, get a lot of spam, if all people can write them directly! So you can add a vip plan for users, so only vip users can write the property owners, i think thats a good solution, for users and owners of properties.
