Hi, Yes i have used the same email address, perhaps your system does not accept the newer domain TLD’s like .media? I can not register the same code with a new email address either, as your site gives the error “Purchase code already used.” when trying to enter it a second time.
What’s weird is if i click reset sites, it does take me to the page to register a new URL. If it recognizes me on this page why does it not allow login to create a support ticket?

It seems you are using the Single Product builder on your site, please navigate to Porto >> Template Builder >> Single Product and edit the template from there, after that check the element setting which is there to show the stock amount.
Else, you can try to hide it with the Custom CSS code as well, please copy and paste the below given CSS code to Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

I just checked my template builder and I see that all of the builders are empty. I made my footer in the template builder and now it is gone? How is this possible? Only the empty space elements are visible the rest of the elements disappeared.

Well, that is an HTML field, and you can use any of the HTML code in it, To show the SVG icon the SVG HTML code is there as shown in your provided screenshot, so you have to change the SVG icon code with the new icon of the SVG and it should work for you.
You can google and use any icon code from any site with the Custom CSS they provide and it will work for you.

Well if you use the Custom CSS code to change the size of the image on desktop version and it has the impact on the mobile version as well, then you should have to use the media query for mobile version separately, Like if you set 500px width of the image for the desktop version then you should have to change the width as 300px for mobile using Media query.
@media(max-width: 767px){
//your code here.
}
Now that above code in the media query will only work on the devices less then or equal to 767px which is the standard size of the mobile.

I have 2 different licenses and 2 seperate wordpress sites. For some reason i start getting random instances when in porto builder header i build html custom parts gets deleted on random instances. It must be newest porto version thats the only thing those 2 sites has in common, because one is woocomerce site and other one is static site and this started happening not so long ago. Please advise.

Well, there is no option to change the link of the Logo, but you can achieve it using the Single Image element in the header builder.
Please navigate to Porto >> Template Builder >> Header and then use the Single Image element there instead of the Logo element, and you can add the Custom Link in the Single Image element as per your requirements.

If you only want to disable the Custom Post Types “Portfolio” and “FAQ” from your Admin dashboard then please navigate to Porto >> Theme Options (Portfolio, FAQ) and disable them from there, save changes, and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

Please navigate to Porto >> Speed Optimization Wizard >> Other Minify and disable/uncheck “Optimize Bootstrap” from there, and then click on button “Compile and Continue” and recheck your site after clearing the browser cache.
