Hello Dan Fisher, I need some information before buying your theme. Is it compatible with the horizontal scoreboard display at the top of the page, as the sportspress plugin themes do ? To be more precise, it’s a horizontal bar that displays match results and upcoming matches (in Top Page). I haven’t seen this function in your demos or on your customers’ sites. (PS: Congratulations on your high-quality work ;))

Thank you for your prompt response. One last question: I’m going to create a small website for a community of players who engage in four different sports. There will be a homepage blog and four links to the four sports using SportsPress. To do this, I plan to set up a multisite network on WordPress. I contacted SportsPress and they informed me that their plugin is compatible with multisite and that a single license is sufficient, so I don’t need to purchase four plugins. However, regarding your theme, would a purchase allow me to utilize the four sports? (According to ThemeForest’s terms, it’s a license for a final product, but it’s still somewhat ambiguous.

According to Envato License Terms, you are licensed to use the Item to create one single End Product for yourself or for one client (a “single application”)
An “End Product” is a website, not a domain. If the subdomain website has a different content/header/footer, then it’s a different website and will need a new license. So, each of your subdomain website is a utilizies a different sport and requires a new license.

Hi, can i use the theme with sports press Pro to manage multiples leagues ?

Depending on your case, e.g. you want to display each league on a separate subdomain, each league is a different sports, etc. the answer might be different.
However, even SportsPress Free version allows you to manage multiple leagues for one sport under one site. You don’t actually need the Pro version.

Is it possible to change the default male silhouette (for empty player cards/profiles) to a female silhouette possible? With a female volleyball club, the male cutout looks a bit silly. Don’t see it anywhere in the settings.

The theme contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files (myaccount/orders.php and order/order-details.php). When is the next update expected please?

Why is no option that i can disable my url? I dont want to get a new support for the theme, i have all setup and in functionallity, i just need to update my url to new one.
You can deactivate the license by yourself without reaching support in the License Info section in your dashboard. We don’t have any limitations in this case.
However, if you lost access to your current active site, changed domain, reinstalled the theme and need a manual deactivation then it can be done via our support site by opening a new ticket.

Someone has got my old domain, they use different theme and i cant use it. I can acess all my web from the IP but i cant deactive as it says is activated in previews domain.

Our football team has been using your Alchemist theme for years now for our records but recently lost our domain name teamkonekt.com. We got a new domain teamkonekt.ng but cannot activate the theme as we didn’t deactivate the old domain before it expired and we didn’t plan to lose it anyway. We kindly plead for your assistance in deactivating the license so we can use it on the new site. I know my support has expired, but we can’t afford to pay support at the moment and would appreciate if you could kindly oblige us with this request.

Please note, that the license is supposed to be used for one site activation. The only exception is when you need additional activations for development purposes. For example, you have your production site and local copy where you test updates, features, implement custom solutions, etc.
I checked your license activations and all of them are for different sports e.g.
- https://www.*******.com/ftf-mma
- https://www.*******.com/football
- https://www.*******.com/crossover-basketball-league
- https://www.*******.com/3t-wrestling
- etc.

This is a really nice theme. I have couple of questions:
- Does this theme fully supports SportsPress Pro and all its features only found in pro version? - In the demo for the soccer theme template, the main menu is not sticky, is the menu configurable to make it a sticky menu?
