Hello again, in the SEARCH FIELD can be set to search in COUNTRY, STATE, CITY, NEIGHBOORHOOD and also in the TITLE and DESCRIPCIÓN of the property ??

I can upload the cities in bulk but I do not know how to link them to their STATES in bulk and for more than 9000 cities its impossible to do it manually.

The problem is that if you do not link COUNTRY-STATE-CITY-NEIGHBERHOOD together when you add a property in the front end, if you chase a country or a state, it will than list all the states or all the cities in the list instead of listing only the states or cities that are linked to their parent States/countries

Because right now it loads a list of more than 9000 cities and this is impossible to load, the server is going down if we have more countries.

I am not able to link the properties each one with its STATE/CITY as I am using only for 1 country and where I have states and cities. So in the search bar, all of them are appearing instead of appearing only the cities for the selected state.
Also, is there any way to translate the theme ? I found a lot of translation errors in the theme and I do not know how to solve this problem, maybe with some kind of plugin where i can translate all the theme manually ??
There is an error in the theme; that’s why search filters are not working. Your support team is asking to renew support so we can help you. It’s not possible to renew support. I bought this theme from you, and if there are errors in the theme, you should help me out without asking for support renewal. It means if support renewal is a must, you can internationally make changes in theme that cause errors so all your clients renew support. It’s a big disappointment.
There is no error in search, everything working good. Regarding support, you always need valid support license to get support, it is Envato item support policy

Hi Search filters are not working. I created custom fields of property developers and use them in search form to find properties of developer but problem is it works with few developers nad not working with many developers. moreover it is not showing all properties on property search if it works with any any developer

I have been facing an issue with an “INVALID KEY” message for quite some time now. Your team has fixed it almost 10 times in the past, but the problem keeps reoccurring. I was asked to purchase support in order to fix the issue, and I did so, but the problem still persists. Your team suggested updating the theme, which I did, but the issue still came up. Consequently, we reverted to the previous version of the theme. I have paid for the theme, and I am looking for a permanent solution to this issue once and for all. You are using Houzez v1.7.0 which was deprecated 3 years ago that may be the problem. Better to update to Houzez latest version.
We have already worked on this issue with the help of your support team and there are records of tickets and emails related to it. However, even after upgrading to the latest version, the issue remained unresolved. Consequently, we had to roll back to the previous version. Recently, the support team informed us that the issue has been resolved, but we are yet to see how long the solution will last.
still I will recommend you to update to houzez v2.8.6.1 because v1.7.0 is deprecated.
