Good afternoon, I am finding it very difficult to use this theme. The documentation doesn’t provide accurate instruction and the portfolio pages do not work correct.

For example, the Boxed Portfolio pages install to the Pages section, not the Portfolio section.

There’s also a lot of bugs with the navigation. If you can not provide better instruction and correct imports, I would like a refund. thank you.

Hi. I’m considering purchasing this theme, but I have a few questions before I do.

1. Am I able to have say the ‘studio agency’ layout as my landing page, then have links taking the viewer to a series of ‘interactive grid’ pages ?

2. How configurable is this theme regarding colors, is there full control for background/foreground elements and text ? Also, what is the customisation regarding image hover ?

3. I see that some users are having issues with intsalling the theme initially. If I encounter this, will support be given to get me up and running.

I have purchased themes before (niteo theme) where there was zero supoort and money was completely wasted.

Thanks for the info, but you didn’t answer fully. Consider this scenario. My home page/landing page is the ‘creative agency’ which I assume is part of the demo content ? then could I have a link taking me to a page using the ‘interactive grid’ ‘preset’ ? Is that possible.

And regarding question 3, if the theme does not work and you guys cannot get it working, what happens then ?

I find it extremely bizarre that you end your last reply with ‘feel free to ask anything you need’ then completely and utterly ignore me…

I will send an email and see if I get a response. But this kind of behaviour really makes me want to back off and not purchase this theme.

2) Yes for sure, you can use all of the Bifrost demo pages and link them, for example, you can set the Creative Agency as the landing page, then in the menu you can add the link for the Interactive Grid page.

3) We always try to make the theme best fit for our clients, and we always try to help them with any issues they face, but at some point, if you’re not satisfied with the theme and can’t work with it, we can provide you with a refund for sure.

I have installed Wordpress 6.3 and try to install Bifrost, many messages error, and the Nav menu (with Elementor) make an error… So impossible to used it…

Hi, i would like to buy the theme and use the agency Portfolio Agency style. I’ve two question before buy it: - is it possibile to set a fixed “slogan” claim in the first title (i don’t like the changing word effect) - In the menu, clicking on the word of the item does not expand. It happens only by clicking on the arrow. Is it possible to make the word clickable too?

Hello, I have a few questions when I’m setting up my site:

1) I’m using “Portfolio Wide Grid” to be the landing template, the newly added portfolio categories cannot be shown when I click the filter, any setting I need to do when I add new portfolio category?

2) I want to change the font to other google font in customizing > typography, but it shows error and cannot save. How can I change the font?

Regarding your first question, if you are looking to display only certain categories on your Post widget, you can do so by accessing the Query options. Once you are on the Post widget settings, you can select the categories you want to display by checking the corresponding boxes. In case you want to display all categories, you can simply uncheck the previously selected categories and they will all show up.

To help you better understand this process, I have included a screenshot link to the settings page that shows the categories you can select or deselect for display in your Post widget.

Sorry for the delay in replying, I have not been able to check this until today, I have gone back with the WP 6.1. update deactivating all the plugins and testing one by one and I have hit the bug. it gives me problems with the plugin WPML String Translation 3.2.2, please if you can check it and give me the solution.

Hey guys I have a strange problem. I use some extra image sizes in customizer for the image upload in the portfolio. Worked fine for me. Today I made a new image size but it’s completely ignored. The image always will have the ending ”... scaled” ... and its wrong size. Do you have an idea what is going on ? Thank you very much

When you upload a large image to your WordPress site the file will likely have “-scaled.jpg” at the end of the file. This is because WordPress will automatically scale large images to help speed up your site.

I try the support system and it is not verifying that I have 6 months of support. Also the demo is not importing on a fresh install.

I’ll try it again but that’s exactly what I did according to your documentation.

Either way I noticed in the public tickets that you’ve had issues with this demo import and you say that it’s the server side so I’ll have to just figure that out myself. Kind of sucks I just spent 40 bucks just to troubleshoot it myself.
