how do we turn off preloader if we disable animation, the page will be blank!

Hey, We are having issue, since the latest update. Header link for the CTA stopped working. If i try to rollback to previous version on my staging, It does not rollback, rather disconnects the license.
Update: I believe the fix should be /uicore-framewor/includes/templates/header.php:716 esc_url( Helper::get_option(‘header_ctalink’,’#’));
Instead of esc_url( Helper::get_option(‘uicore_get_option_ header_ctalink’,’#’));
Could you please release the fix in next update
Hello, the bug was already fixed, and you can reinstall the current version from Theme Options – Updates – Rollback. You will need to reconnect your license on the staging website in order for the update / rollback to work, otherwise, it won’t recognize the new domain.

Please check that all the paths are correct in Settings – General. You can also save theme options to regenerate all the assets.

I’m going to look this way and see what could be causing the error when loading the CSS. It should be noted that this only happens on the default Error 404 landing page.

I’ve recently tried updating my website with your latest theme, but I encountered a couple of issues:
1. I’m unable to install the UiCore Animate plugin while the UiCore Framework is active. However, it works when the UiCore Framework plugin is disabled. Here’s a screenshot for reference: https://i.imgur.com/QQeJHrj.png
2. When attempting to install or update the UiCore Framework plugin, I receive an error message stating, “Plugin update failed. A higher version of UiCore Framework is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.” https://i.imgur.com/I5M9dNo.png
These issues are concerning, especially since my site stopped working after the last two updates and I had to revert to an old backup. It seems like these updates are being released without thorough testing.
Despite these challenges, I maintain my confidence in the Uicore Team. I’m looking forward to your continued good work and appreciate your assistance in resolving these issues.

When dealing with big changes, we are all exposed to possible problems. That’s why we have implemented a rollback feature to assist you when your update is not working properly. From what you have described, it seems that the update did not install the framework, only the theme. That’s why you are getting the issue with UiCore Animate. Please try updating to the latest version again, and the problem should be fixed.

Can I create a Knowledge Base page with it, like where users can read all the articles to use my service. I’m not referring to Blog page.

For the knowledge base, you might need to look for a dedicated plugin that can manage it.

I was studying membership plugins but unfortunately the one I want to use (Ultimate Membership Pro – as it requires 1-time payment) doesn’t support the payment gateway I have.
However, I found my payment is supported by WooCommerce.
So, is it like now I have to add woocommerce product page links to your pricing page?
Just wondering in such case, it will drive the users to pricing page to woocommerce product page and then they have to again click on purchase button.
Instead is there a way to drive the users directly to the checkout page?

You just need to replace ID with your product ID.
So, after the payment is done, the users will be redirected to a download page where they can download the the digital product, there they can get the license keys to activate the product.
But I’m concerned about these-
1. during this mentioned process, they have not signed up yet. So, how can I allow them access to the dashboard since the membership plugin I mentioned doesn’t support the payment gateway.

Hello, you don’t need to purchase Elementor PRO or any other plugin.
The difference between our themes is the demo templates, so it’s recommended to choose the theme that fits your project best in terms of design. Framey is a dedicated SaaS theme, but Vault also has some templates for this industry.

i sent an email to that email address yesterday and no response. I even tried responding to an old ticket on https://support.uicore.co/help-center/tickets/2468 , no response. I cannot create new tickets because when i select framey to create a ticket it, it take me to this page https://help.uicore.co/ then if i click on the ask me button it said framers expired. this is crazy, i paid for extra service and all i get is the run around
