Thanks for pointing this out. There is indeed an issue with the title link and the theme will be update today to fix this.
In your case to make the whole item point to the release page including the artist name, you can add this CSS snippet in the customizer CSS tab, or in your child theme style.css file.
.entry-release .entry-link-mask {z-index:20;}
It should do the trick.

We are trying to update an old copy of the Decibel – Professional Music WordPress Theme version 2 (V2). We are aware that you released a conversion tool that allow users of the old theme version to update to the new version. Can you please provide us with the component that allows us to update our old theme to the new version.
Currently we can not update because we have a very old version installed.

My plugin is saying that I need to update wpbakery but it is a bundled plugin. I updated the theme today but it’s still showing wpbakery as version 6.9

Thank you, I checked, and it says the extension is activated but on the plugin page the WPBakery Page Builder says it’s version 6.9 and has a message “There is a new version of WPBakery Page Builder available. View version 7.2 details. Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin. To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit settings to activate your WPBakery Page Builder. Got WPBakery Page Builder in theme?”
I can no longer edit pages without deactavating the WPBakery Page Builder and making the edits then reactivating the plug in afterward.

This is an issue on every template using this plugin – at least Herion, Specticle, AND Decibel. Please tell us how to fix it as aparently you guys still havent’ addressed it.
WOLF_DISCOGRAPHY PLUGIN: How do you turn off WooCommerce Add To Cart Link? Regardless or not – this link shows on every release – on every one of your templates that you include this plugin in (At least Decible, Herion and Spectacle).
(Yes, I’ve already ruled out PHP Compatibility issues with WooCommerce. WooCommerce isn’t even installed yet your plugin insists I connect the release to the WOO)

Most of our themes include premium plugins such as WPBakery Page Builder or Slider revolution.
You don’t have to activate them and they’ll work for you regardless of that.
Some plugins may ask for a purchase code for registration/activation once installed, however, you can simply ignore these messages as bundled plugins do not require activation or registration.
Any time the plugin is updated, you will find the latest version of the plugin in the includes/admin/plugins or config/plugins folder of the theme. (how to update premium plugins)

I am having a weird issue…the home page header image shows correctly on desktop but not on mobile. The other pages show correct on both desktop and mobile. Size and settings are the same on all pages.

Ugh…says I can’t submit ticket that my support has expired. All plugins are up to date. The issue is that my header image on the home page doesn’t resize properly on mobile. But on other pages the header images show properly on mobile. They all show properly on desktop. The images are all the same size and the header settings are all the same.
Just renewed support as I need this resolved quickly…will submit ticket.

The theme version should be 3.4.7. Your version is 3.4.6 which is odd because it was never released (An update can have a few changes in it so the theme was released from 3.4.5 to 3.4.7).
Be sure to use the latest theme version available on ThemeForest.

I updated to 3.4.7 and the button was still there. The fix I found is to change PHP version to 7.4.33 instead of version 8 which for some weird reason added that button. Are you planning to make your theme PHP 8 compatible?
Update: at the moment there are other plugins that need to be updated for WooCommerce or Disable Gutenberg. I am working on the 8.1 compatibility.
At the moment, the theme is compatible with PHP 8.0 which is the version running on the demo server.

Hi, under Events if you select show venue it won’t actually show anything anymore. It appears blank. So Location has to be used instead and you have to add the venue into this content box if you want it to show.
Also is there a way to use this events list to JUST display the list with no clickthroughs for artists who just want a simple list?

Oh, well, it shows as a dropdown option when List is selected so that’s confusing. I spent ages trying to trouble shoot it.

Thanks for pointing this out. I fixed it, so it will be now a conditional option (fix available in the next release)
To disable the event list link, you can go in the Events > Settings and leave the “Link to single post” option empty.

I’ve noticed now that we have more events to add, the list won’t show any more than 4 events at one time. I’ve left the Number of Posts field blank, tried numbers like 50 and 100 but nothing seems to work to allow more than 4. Plugins and theme are up to date. Any ideas?

Hey there, your latest update no longer supports a Wide Layout. Under Appearance > Customize > Layout > ‘Wide’ is now almost identical to ‘Frame’ and leaves black pillar boxes beside each section below the header of a one-page site. Check it out on our site https://5thprojekt.com/

WP Bakery: - Decibels - Loud - tune - Phase - Super flick - Glytch - Herion - Kayo - Zample - Firemaster - Beatit - Oglin - Bronze - Overable
Elementor: - Speaker - Spectacle - Swing star - Effigy
Unknown page builder: - Sonic
Which requirements are important:- Video background with mute button
- lots of inner pages
- lots of demo templates in a Theme
- Shop
- different type of audio players
- embed players like Soundcloud
- Insert Photos and Videos
- InstagramFeed
- Yoast SEO
- Design and expanding the MENU should be smooth on a smartphone.
- When users scroll down and all the way up on a smartphone, the banner/menu should not flash/blink when you have scrolled all the way back to the top of the page. The banners/menu should disappear smoothly and become visible again. Now you will see a white bar appear for a moment. This also happens on a personal computer.
This does not go very well on several templates, such as:
- Theme LOUD Template DJ
- Theme HERION Template DJ
- The templates of your competitor IronTemplates (not my preference) do not have this phenomenon, such as:
- Theme FWRD Template The Lab
- Theme LUSH Template Spintable Can this be solved?
And which theme do you advise me?

In the themes Wolf-Temes are used different menu/sidebar. If I buy Theme A, can I also make the same menu as Theme B? Then I’m talking about also a cross button, dotted button, etc

I would recommend one of our recent Elementor themes. Spectacle and Overable are the most complete, but all themes comes with similar features for music.
They all comes with a side panel visible on desktop that is replaced by a mobile type menu on smaller screens and touchable devices. Some demo have lots of menu items so the mobile version is shown even on small desktop screen size to avoid the main desktop menu being collapsed.

I updated the theme on a website that was running a very outdated version today – it seemed to break various functions and showed the shortcodes rather than the features. I have activated the license on the site to activate Wolf Core plugin, and now it won´t load at all: http://purplerecords.co.uk/
It just spins and spins. The WP version is up to date as is WP Bakery plugin and I am running PHP 7.4.

Hello, I sent an email an hour or so ago. The theme is up to date, but I don´t get any option to download or enable the WPBackery Page Builder Extension plugin. The only thing that appears is Wolf Core but as I don´t use Elementor i guess this might be why I am having problems. If I disable the Wolf Core plugin the site loads but is missing many elements and showing shortcodes etc.

Hi, Pre-sales question … Am I right to conclude that this theme run on ajax pages loading … meaning it won’t interrupt any audio file playing while shifting between pages? Second does it also support live radio streaming?

Decibel doesn’t offer AJAX navigation at the moment.
It is impossible to play a radio streaming out-of-the-box, but customization makes this possible. This is a service I can offer. Feel free to let me know if you’re interested.

Thanks for letting me know! Just re-uploaded. Please note that there is some kind of cache in the WooCommerce status dashboard so it will be updated after a little bit once the theme is updated.

Hi there, using the events plugin. When deleting all events the page is not showing anything. Events > settings > No event txt > No upcoming events scheduled is toggled on. Is this a bug or do I miss something here?
