Hello, I’m experiencing an issue with the “Be Posts Carousel” section, it works well on the English home page, but I’m currently adding a new language (French), and I duplicated the home page to have a French home page at ”/fr”, everything is find except this “Be Posts Carousel” section, all the posts are hidden, although it has the same settings as the one on the English page, and it don’t have “language visibility” enabled in it.

Hello, I have purchased your template licenses many times for different sites. One of them had a problem, it is an old version (with visual composer I believe, alone 6), and I know that it should never be updated. I didn’t do ANYTHING, just the site was running fine until now with WordPress updates and plugins. And we realized today that the header of the site had disappeared with the message saying that the menu is not specified, the footer also disappeared with a simple phrase “copyright bear themes”, and when I specify a menu it does not have the right style, no logo as if the CSS had jumped. In short, it seems that the theme has updated itself or something. The only thing that saved me is that I was able to perform a backup restoration from 2 weeks ago. Backup of site files and database backup. But I think that if all this happened by itself, it will happen again. Can you help me to solve and prevent this problem please.

And Theme cannot be automatically updated. Therefore, it is impossible for the Theme to automatically update the new version.

Great theme, I have 2 questions:
I miss the Nav Menu element in Elementor. We just need a simple menu. Without the Ubermenu plugin and not using a seperate Elementor Pro license, I can’t seem to choose a menu element (only under WordPress – Navigation Menu styled with bulletpoints below each other).
Also, the huge Get Elementor Pro advertisement keeps on coming back, regardlessy of how many times I click it away, do you know a solution?

Hello Alone Developer, I am using your Alone Template “Yutmaru” and all is fine in desktop mode, but, when I view the site on a mobile device or shrink my desktop view, then try to view the menu via the menu “Hamburger” link, the top of the page no longer shows my uploaded logo, but now shows your “Alone” logo image “pmr-logo.png”, which points to your server “https://alonethemes.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/06/pmr-logo.png”.
I cannot see where in the theme I can change that to have my uploaded site logo show instead?

Hi, Currently Yutmaru home uses a different mobile menu display style. If you want to use the mobile menu like you mentioned, use Element bears-ubermenu instead so that Element displays the current menu. Hope it’s clear to you. I just bought this theme and after installing , I get this message from elementor License Mismatch Your license key doesn’t match your current domain. This is most likely due to a change in the domain URL. Please deactivate the license and then reactivate it again.

Just opened a support ticket on this issue. Just purchased Alone Charity Theme and installed on Wordpress – but cannot register it. It says invalid purchase code. There’s also a link that goes to a dead webpage. Further, when activating required plugins, there’s a lot of errors. Just got the Worpress email that a plugin or theme caused a fatal error on the site, so had to uninstall WP.
