I’m wondering when are you going to fix the bug of compatibility in Woodmart with WPBakery Page Builder? Any version of WPBakery Page Builder from 7 above is not compatible with Woodmart… It breaks the layout, so I have to rollback to lower versions of WPBakery Page Builder in order to be able to use it with Woodmart.

In your latest upgrades, when using WPBakery Page Builder version 7 or higher with your theme, old or existing pages’ layout look still the same with no issues, but any new page that I created doesn’t show header and footer… Even if the header and footer are not disabled in page settings. I have tried many things, and the only solution is to use an older version of WPBakery Page Builder with the latest version of your theme… Note that all the existing pages don’t have any issues, but new pages created after upgrading your theme and WPBakery Page Builder to version 7 or higher don’t show header and footer.
This might not be noticed by your theme users who haven’t created any new pages after your latest upgrades because the existing pages created before the upgrade don’t have any issues.

Please, check your WPBakery settings for that page. Probably, you have selected a blank template without a header and footer.

No, that’s not the cause of the issue. I have not made any changes in WPBakery settings… Note, when I downgrade WPBakery settings to version to an earlier version, the page’s header and footer show… I think is a bug in your theme, or maybe it’s not compatible with WPBakery version 7 and above.

Again, header and footer are not disabled… But header and footer are not showing when WP Page Builder above version 7 is active… Header and footer only show when WP Builder Version below 7 is active.
For example, when WP Page Builder version 6 is installed and activated, page header and footer show (NOTE: This issue is only with new pages, not old or existing pages created). So you have to try to create new page in order to replicate this issue…
Also, I saw you responded to a user on your support forum stating that the issue is with WP Page Builder, and suggested that they contact WP Page Builder developers… I’m wondering if it’s the responsibility of your customers to contact the developers of a plugin considered as an INTEGRANT part of your theme? Please let your team or developers contact the developers of WP Page Builder to make sure the latest versions of your theme and latest versions of WP Page Builder are compatible… Right now, only the old versions of WP Page Builder is compatible and working with your theme.

Hello team, We are having an issue with “promo banner“ the following website: www.archideal.cz The size of some pictures (promo banner) are visibly shorter than the others. We understand that its due to the rectangular size of the picture but it happened recently. It was ok few weeks ago. On other hand on website which is same www.archideal.eu it doesnt have the problem even we are using the same pictures. Even we copy everything from archideal.eu to archideal.cz the issues appears. We are totally fine to pay the extension of our support license but we want to make sure that the problem would be solved? Unfortunately, it is not possible to create an automatic migration tool for this. That is why the content based on Elementor or WPBakery will need to be rebuilt from scratch.
Some of my product categories has a lot of subcategories, and in category page the title and subcategories looks horrible. And as there is no option put categories in filtration i am trying to hide – or entirely page title and subs, or only subs for that page. I tried some css and js, without success. Please advice. Could you please clarify what exactly do you mean by products page? Are you looking for the custom layout from the furniture 2 demo?
Unfortunately, these pages can’t be imported with the furniture 2 website. You can create a test website with default demo import and transfer these products manually.

We don’t have an instruction for this, unfortunately. But as I wrote, you need to install our base dummy content on a test website first. Then you will be able to manually copy these pages to your main website.

My support just expired.. and I got a PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT – followed your instructions – deactivated – when I tried to Activate again it says “The purchase code is invalid.” – I got the code from the PDF from Envato same as before. What gives? There is a note “check the activation list in your account” but I don’t have an Xtemos account…??

I have ensured that both the WoodMart theme and all associated plugins are updated to their latest versions. Try to do the following to update the theme:
1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.
2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.
4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

Hi, I managed to update the theme. We have two sites and two lisences of this same theme. Theme update is now fine for both. But the WP Bakery does not get updated via Woodmart/Plugins page. One site has now WP Bakery 7.2. but the otherone has 6.11.0. and I cannot get it to update. I deactivated and then re-activated both lisences. No change! How can I get the 7.2. to update?
