3. To build homepage you need WP Bakery or Elementor (Recommended), inner pages don’t use any page builder.

I understand this theme is mainly for real estate listing, but I would like to add professions like artisans listing their professions that are related to real estate job needs. So I can create an archive of professions for users to search. Profession listings don’t have to include all the property features and prices to get listed. Is this possible with this theme?

Pre-sale question, is this theme only compatible with Realtyna plugin or there are other IDX plugins that can be used with customizable options. Please list all the other IDX plugins that are compatible since Realtyna has some “shady” plans with many hidden additional fees.
Realtyna is recommended, you can use other too but other use iframe for listings so you will not get same UI as Houzez builtin

Yes, It is possible but you have to add code in child theme. We also have option to upload PDF for property which user can download
It’s sad guys for a good theme like that it doesn’t have a way to add “SOLD” or “RENTED” in big red letters/banner across the main images. This is one of the main features of any real estate theme. I love the theme. I recommended it to a lot of people I know that want to buy, but don’t because of that.

If you imported Spanish demo then it will be in Spanish. You can reimport English version or can change language in admin under Settings -> Site Language
