Is it possible that in your theme, when adding a video via the Zombify plugin, it (the plugin) takes the video thumbnail from a random or the first frame of the video?

We had such functionality via CloudCovert service, but then they removed mp4 to jpg conversion from their service. We’ll be looking for the alternative with next updates.

hey guys! I wanted to write to you via your support forum but unfortunately it doesn’t work (error message: “This Ticksy account is Inactive. If you are the owner of the account and want to recover it, please contact Ticksy’s support department!”) so I’m writing here. I’ve got a problem with the reactions. I can add new reactions in the backend but when I want to insert them in the badge menu there isn’t any option to do that. so it has to be a bug. please help me to fix this issue! I’ve already done the plugin check but even with just the boombox plugins activated it doesn’t work. thanks for helping! greetings
