Hi, I’ve one question. My client is running a sweet shop and I’m going to create a website for him. Instead of getting orders directly on the website. He wants to send traffic to food delivery apps where he has account in his country.

I am experiencing various plugin issues while installing the plugins. Some of the plugins require higher version, but on purchased theme I found the some plugins which are lower version. Here are the error details for various plugins: 1. The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

Plugin not activated. A higher version of XStore Advanced Sticky Header is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.

2. The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

Plugin not activated. A higher version of PRO Elements is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.

3. The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

Plugin not activated. A higher version of XStore Advanced Sticky Header is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.

Like above I have serveral issues with diffternt plugins which are required to start the theme.

And also the main issue I had is not able to downloaded the media. Please help on this.

Since the last update:
  1. Wishlist, not working. The products are not adding and the products that are already in, not deleting. I am not the only one having this problem (I’ve seen it on your support forum, also)
  2. Estimated delivery, not “counting” weekends (if I put the old file, estimated-delivery.php is working) – tried on different website ( I have 7 licenses from you, different websites/environment, same problem)
  3. “subtotal” did not appeared in checkout page (which was okei), now it appears – this is not a problem, just a “tastes problem”
The 1 & 2 are quite BIG problems that should have been tested before a public release.

1. For the wishlist, it’s an cookie problem, I have managed to resolve it by excluding that cookie – Just for ideea: this was not a problem on previous versions. 2. Estimated delivery – still a problem – Just for ideea: I identified the problem in code, you must modify the code in a hot-fix or in next release.

Since version 2.4, WooCommerce adds an option to set the user’s location called “Geolocation with page caching support”. When you activate this option WooCommerce fires a javascript redirection with an extra parameter v=xxxxx. This parameter causes cache invalidation, the new page (with the parameter) will cache separately. You can change this option in WooCommerce > Settings > General > Default customer location

I would like to ask if there is a possibility to show the product video thumb first in the gallery list, but do not select it. Meaning we would like to display the video thumb first but still load the first image by default in the main product image section

If not, is it possible to show or simply trigger the product video in a different place of the product page using the custom product page designer? i don’t mind leaving it at the end of the gallery as long as i can trigger it from another more visible place of the product page.

Hello, I just bought your template. It seems like the gallery is not showing on my pages. It shows perfectly in backend (elementor – see screenshot: https://prnt.sc/KTNIy0Ol9o-q) but not showing on my pages… (see screenshot: https://prnt.sc/4btCNs2FrGV2). I’ve added a lot of galleries on different pages but none are showing up…

Second problem: I’m using the slides but this does not seem very responsive. The text is partly hidden on mobile.
