Can you please reply to my ticket? I have asked multiple times about the ajax layered navigation multi-select not working, and have not gotten an answer. I really like this theme but whatever it was that your team did to fix the content blocks not displaying completely changed the look of my site right before we were about to go live with the updated version. This has been 2 weeks, I would appreciate if you could respond today so we can resolve this and relaunch the site. Thank you.

No patch for version 2.2.3. Is it just me, but when I download, ‘all theme files and documentation’, there’s no ‘patch_for_theme_version_2.2.3’ in the ‘patches’ directory when I unzip the file. I’m trying to update from 2.2.2 to 2.2.3 Then, I go to the support site (I have 2 months left), there’s my previous tickets, but no way to create a new ticket.

You can try this way:
Using Magento Export
Go to System > Data Transfer > Export.
Select Mageplaza Shopbybrand from the Entity Type dropdown menu.
In the Export Settings section, you can customize the fields to be exported.
Click Continue.
In the File to Export section, choose a file format and a location to save the CSV file.
