I want to allow freelancers coaches to promote, seller and deliver their coaching services online and allow buyers to search various coaching services , buy the right service from the coach of their choice and review the services once delivered.
The payment should be held until the service is rendered and released to the coach after deducting the platform’s commission.
Is this the right theme for me?

When using this theme and the plugins enabled, whenever I upload an image that has one or more dashes in its filename, the image does not show in Media. It just shows as empty.

It seems that there’s a block on my IP address. When I connect with a VPN even in Thailand it works, but my speed is severely reduced. It started when I started registering on your support site and the connection stopped. From then onwards I could no longer even visit or ping your site. Could you please remove the block as it severely limits my way to receive support.
Note. I also tried to send you a message using the form on your support form (after logging in via a VPN) but something went wrong there as well. Upon submitting the form no action happened. I believe I saw an arrow spinning but it’s been a few days.

1-) Good news! We have just made an agreement with the Amelia Booking Plugin team and we will include the Pro version in our theme with the next update, we plan to ship the update in a few weeks.
2-) When you get the theme, please create a support topic about the alignment issue on our support forums and let us check and fix the issue.
3-) We made the necessary license agreement with TutorLMS years ago and it is all valid we have proof of the agreement. It looks like this support agent is new and isn’t aware of our agreement.
4-) This is our best-selling theme and we are constantly updating it and adding new features so you shouldn’t worry about it. But “Lifetime license” refers to the product’s lifetime.

when i look at the demo i couldn’t find login and signup for students or instructors and I can’t find a search bar in the course page and extra filters like categories, levels, free or paid.
Are these present, please let me know so that i can proceed with the purchase.

I tried to ask in the support and it’s my first time in the support and it said it was expired. I understand but this is an intrinsic problem that should come as instructions when we download the template.
I have purchased one license and I always had this problem going on but kind of ignored it. But the template requires the key for JetElements and JetPopup and would be very grateful if you could send us the key for these plugins.
Right now we have a problem in the website that we can’t troubleshoot so our last hope is that the problem is rooted in these plugins that can’t be updated.

Hey there, somehow the course bundles disappeared from the menu and are now in the lms pro version, or so it seems. Can you help me out and re-activate it or include it back into the theme? Maybe align with lms pro? It’s the main reason why I bought the theme, and now it screws up all the courses that were (up until now) bundled, thanks! A happy customer looking for a solution in this quite pregnant case, thanks!
okay, well, apparantly the lms pro plugin was deactivated (without my knowing), sorry to have bothered you, the course bundles work again like a charm! Happy I found out!
