Hi there, I have just updated an old woocommerce running with your theme (I updated the theme, wordpress, and basic plugins like woocommerce – The php version is 8.1)
>> Now my main product image is not 100% width.
This is not the first time this errors occurs (I remember having the same trouble with other qode themes like Eirwen).

Have you managed to resolve this in the meantime? It could be that Konsept Core plugin wasn’t updated yet. We see that both theme and Konsept Core plugin are updated and that image is displayed correctly.

I know but my support has expired, and I thought there was a simple solution, because I did everything in the right way and this problem appears with the e-commerce themes I bought at Qode (almost 50 in the past 10 years). Everytime I roll back to old woocommerce versions or use a simple css code like (.woocommerce-product-gallery__image { width: 100% !important; }) But I would like to understand why this is happening, beacause when I switch the theme, it’s all ok, and all plugins/theme/wordpress are up to date…
Hello, just to let you know that I have just rolled back Woocommerce to 9.9.0. and then reupdated Woocommerce to its lastest version. this is working now.

Do not buy this template, it has never happened to me trying to install the demo, it only loads 16% from there it does not happen, this is disgusting, I don’t know how they start selling something that doesn’t work, they should return my money, they are scammers

I have upload theme and on import it asks to upgrade post_max_size = 2048M, I did so, but it asks the following in Max Upload Size it says “0 B The current value is insufficient to properly support the theme. Please adjust this value to 128 in order to meet the theme requirements.” importing is still giving me an error. I am changing via .htaccess. Please advise.

Frustrating Experience with Konsept – Furniture Store Theme

I recently purchased the Konsept – Furniture Store Theme with high hopes for a seamless website development process. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. From non-functional features to an unresponsive support team, my journey with this theme has been marked by frustration every step of the way.
First and foremost, the theme’s compatibility issues with the localhost. The theme is not loading most of the time in localhost. It always showing “This site can’t be reached” message. I checked other theme in same localhost, that all are working. The response from customer support team is very disappointing. Their reply will take days of weeks. It’s disheartening to invest in a product only to receive lackluster assistance when encountering problems that are clearly related to the theme’s functionality.
In summary, my experience with the Konsept – Furniture Store Theme has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I strongly advise potential buyers to consider alternative options that offer better functionality, more responsive support, and a smoother overall user experience.
