You just need to use cache plugin and CDN

The cache is not an issue
Images widget already there so there will be no issue https://tppr.me/itkh0 gtmetrix asking about image width & height tags which are not required because we are using resized images. Anyway, you will add these tags too in next release, this is just little work.

I understand this theme is mainly for real estate listing, but I would like to add professions like artisans listing their professions that are related to real estate job needs. Pre-sale question, is this theme only compatible with Realtyna plugin or there are other IDX plugins that can be used with customizable options. Please list all the other IDX plugins that are compatible since Realtyna has some “shady” plans with many hidden additional fees.
Realtyna is recommended, you can use other too but other use iframe for listings so you will not get same UI as Houzez builtin
