Your latest update broke my site. I deactivated and removed the UI Core Plugin (came up in error logs as the issue)
Now when I try to install UI core, I get this error: “The remote plugin package consists of more than one file, but the files are not packaged in a folder. Please contact the plugin provider and ask them to package their plugin according to the WordPress guidelines.
Plugin installation failed”
I purchased about a dozen of your themes between a personal and business account – can I please get an answer or resolution to this issue? Clearly Im not the only one experiencing this.
And the “Rollback” feature is not working either, so we really need a solution ASAP.

Earlier I used to buy WordPress themes on Themeforest and it used to be possible to use those themes on any number of websites simultaneously without any problem. Hi, we have recently purchased theme. We have given an option to activate the theme. Theme was automatically got activated to our test site growthsalad.com/staging but no option was given to set up staging website. Now my license is assigned to growthsalad.com/staging. Now, if we want to transfer license to our main URL – growthsalad.com in couple of days, what steps I need to take? Transfer option is not visible in my UIcore account. We have only two options – Re-connect & Staging. Thanks

Hello, the blog page can be configured in Theme Options – Blog, and you can achieve various layouts just by playing with the settings.
I recommended this plugin for my customer, they are using multisite feature to create same websites for different country, do I need to activate the theme each and everytime. Every sites are under same domain name.
When I go to different sites under same domain Lumi asking to activate the theme and convert the license.
Hello, for now, the option is to transfer the license between subdomains. We will try to add a feature to work on all subdomains.
Its not as subdomain basis but as sub directory basis, and the are the images can be used for commercial reason and Clash Grotesk font ?

Hello, the demos are unique for each theme, but the block library is common. About Framer, it will be back up in a few days. It’s currently disabled because we received a notice from framer.com that we are illegally using their name.

On tablet mode, the hamburger menu is loaded. In this case, you need to refresh the page, so the device can be detected. Keep in mind this doesn’t need to be done on mobile devices, because the detection happens the first time you load the page.

Hi, unfortunately, this is a known issue in Elementor that happens from time to time, and unfortunately, there is no fix for it:
https://github.com/elementor/elementor/issues/5933The only solution is to create a new page and move all the sections that can be deleted to that page, so you can recover your content.
dude the issue is there since 2018 and still not fixed? Maybe dont use elementor in your theme if its so broken

Hello, yes, you need to activate Widget Area (Desktop Screens Only) in Theme Options – Header, then go to Appearance – Widgets – Header Custom Area and add a Button block.
Hi. I think I found a bug with one of your demos (https://lumi.uicore.co/customer-support-software/).
Whenever I add either the page demo or one of the blocks with the spot light title treatment (Hero for example), I’m not able to delete those sections – at all. I basically have to delete the entire page and start over.
I checked with both my host and Elementor support and they both pointed to a PHP error with UI Core.

Hello, yes, one license allows you to use the theme on one domain. You will need to purchase additional license for each new domain.
Thanks for the quick reply. To clarify: the new page is actually a sub-domain, not a new domain, but we want a different landing page from the main them , and we found a good one in another variation, do we still need to buy a separate license for sub-domains?
In this case, you can use the same license. With a single license, you can use the theme on as many sub-domains and folders as needed.

Hi There, i tried to installs the them on a subdomain of my main website , but when i install the theme i get this error “The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet. Theme installation failed.” can you please advise how i can fix this error and install the theme on a subdomain ? is there a specific steps i need to follow ?
Hi, you just need to unzip the downloaded package and upload lumi.zip to your WordPress install.
The error occurs because you’re trying to install the entire package.
