Please provide instructions on how to set the sidebar so that it appears only on the blog page and blog entries. Currently, the sidebar is shown on the blog, blog post, store page, product page and shopping cart.

The sidebar display because you selected the page template as “Default Template”. Just change the page template to “Full Width Template” and then the sidebar will be gone.

I would like to purchase Turitor theme, but I have 2 questions
- course view – Antiquities Trafficking and Art Crime – Turitor (demo-themewinter.com) On this page, can the course video appear bigger, instead of it being displayed on the left? Our courses will be free, so no need to purchase them
- quiz and certificate We will need to have a quiz after each course with a possibility to skip it and the answers need to be checked automatically The certificate will be given after the user completes more courses. Is this possible within the theme?

1) Yes, it’s possible. You have to customize the code or you can use custom CSS code.
2) Yes,. In Learnpress, there is an option for course quizzes. The result will calculated automatically. and for a certificate, you have to use Learnpress certificate add-ons.

Unfortunately, that is not the case. Support has NOT updated my support ticket in more than 24 hours. I keep waiting and waiting and asking for help to get my website gong and they keep stalling and taking days at a time to respond, it has been weeks without a functioning website.

Am I missing something? it seems Elementor PRO is required for Turitor. I try to edit the pages and then the pages look funny. I look at the revision comparisons and it shows Elementor 3.7 or above on the demo pages. But Elementor (not pro) is at 3.1.8 currently. I don’t want to be forced to buy that….anyone know about this?

Don’t need to use Elementor Pro in our theme. We have used all free features in our demo. If you want to use the Pro feature personally, you have to purchase it separately. Hope you understand.

(I have a site already and want to install Turitor Theme and use pre-made page layout without losing my content). 1. once you upload the xml file, what do you do next? 2. How do you access the layouts? The documentation only says if you have an ‘existing website’ upload the demo content manually, but provides no instructions as to how or what to do after you finally figure out how to upload the xml. Any help is appreciated.

the updates from support are once every 24-48 hours it is awful. You cannot accomplish anything on my website taking 2 days to respond only to say, give us time to look and then 2 more days pass, then some random comment comes in. I have been trying to get the manual upload of the demo content for weeks. Your team installed and it still doesn’t work. Then I wait another week for infrequent responses and no real fix. the support here is VERY limited
